gooday. i need to know about hopes lifetime warrenty, what it covers and if it covers my brake how do i go about getting it sorted. Well i have a hope mini and it needs quite alot doing to it like needs new brass barell needs new bolts and a bleed and stuff i will have to ask caleb whats up with it as it was his. But would this be covered by warrantey and if i sent it back to hope would they do anything about it? And if hopes warrenty does cover it then how to i go about getting it to hope and so on?? thanks alot for your help guys sorry i havent been very specific but if you need to know anything else i will let you know. Well here is how I learnt. I learnt just by trying to hop high not onto anytihng at all, which is pretty pointless but i just practiced tucking the bike up and just getting high. I did not balance on the back wheel I just went strauight from two wheels, but soon after I had to change my riding technique as what I was doing was wrong. 1 What you want to do is stay on two wheels, you want the bike a little back from the object you want to hop up and I will exsplain why in a mo. You should also have your front wheel closser to the object your hopping than the rear wheel. so you just want to lean by the opbject and get yourself ready to hop up whatever object you want to jump up. 2 After a while you will get to a moment where you feel ready to go for the hop. When you get to this point you want to go straight to the back wheel no hopping just straight onto the back wheel. This is why earlier I told you that you need to be a little futher back from the object you want to hop up. You put in a little kick to get you onto your backwheel, this will bring you up level with the object you want to hop up. 3 From this point you drop the front agen and drop your boddy aswell with the bike, you dont want to drop the front wheel to far to start with just a little so that you can get the momentum going for the hop. 4 When you release the power you have created you want to come up and just as your about to leave the floor you want to put in a little kick, this will give you the extra push to get up there. You also want to lean into the object aswell for obvious reasons . 5 From here you can go diffrent ways one way is to land your front wheel on the object and then lean forward to bring the back wheel up. This is easier but from my area if you side hop like this it doesnt count . Your second option is just going straight to the back wheel. and there my friend is pretty much a "how-to" side hop. hope ive helped in some way. Tom

hey lads I've asked a few of my mates and I have looked in the pad review section in here but cant find the answer to my question and my mates arent to sure. I have some short orange monty pads and I am running them on a monty phatso rim, the rim has no grind and the brake is shite, I have a booster so I no its not the magguras faulght, so I would like to know what are monty pads like on a grind? I dont want to grind my rim and then have to by new pads tommorow because mine have dissapeared into a grind. Thanks alot for your help guys. Tom

right guys i have done it. i dont wanna swap for a two bolt booster pecause personaly i think they look wank lol. i drilled the bottom two holes out got some longer SS bolts, i left the 2bolt booster on and then just bolted the 4bolt booster over the top. personaly i think it looks the sex and it performs brilliantly and i am in love. thanks alot for the help guys will try and post up some pics soon

mine lasted less than 3 hours . yeh get cranks first and tyres, your forks will last a while so do them last. get hopes for sure never had problems with any and if they do die which wont be for a LONG time if it does ever happen hope have a very good warranty and you will get another one no trouble.

humm yes i think that made sence, well its on a echo urban frame and i have put the booster onto the frame, well i held it up against the frame and the bolts looked fine well hum, i will give it a go unless between now and tomorow some one tells me that there is physicaly no posible way for it to ever work then it is out of the window. hey lads i got myself a new frame and it has vee mounts but i also got given a 4bolt echo booster. i realised that the holes needed drilling out but before i do this and realise that i cannot fit it onto the frame i would need to know it it is possible to fit the booster to my bike? so all i need to realy know is, can i put a 4bolt booster onto vee frame and if i can what do i need to do? thanks alot tom
