Power button on the s3 is started it act a little funky. Can pick up an s4 out here for a little over $200 new. Anyone got any other suggestions at around this price point that might get me something better? I've only ever had an HTC evo 4g and the s3.

The IP is 192.168.0.20 for sure. I feel like it's the computer side that isn't set up properly but I just don't know where to start. I can set it up wirelessly with no problems too so I know it's not an issue with the camera. The windows diagnose feature says it's ip adress isn't configured problerly. But I think it's telling me that because it thinks its wired to a router or a modem and isn't receiving internet.

I got a pair, plugged them in and worked right away. I was getting so pissed off with wireless. Only issue now is a moved by network webcam to a different ethernet port and I can't seem to access it anymore. I know it's IP but that isn't working. Anyone got any ideas? I seem to have issue with this every time I touch it.

Cut, stip and put different rj45s on there? That's all I got.

I don't know how much you know about networking and cables, but are you absolutely sure it's the cable?

Can't you just use the old one as a means of pulling the new one through?

I've rearranged a little, and by that I mean, usb extension, powered hub and then plugged the wifi adapter into that. The only thing stopping me now is that I'd have to buy something that'd have another Ethernet port because I'm using one right now for a network webcam.
