Iced Earth is the only band I hadnt heard of on that list, and Bullet for My Valentine isnt metal, nor trivium really. When I said heavy metal I meant bands like Lamb of God, Necrophagist etc heavy metal bands.

Yea depending on your set-up go through everypart near the bb area one by one eliminating them from the clicking noise.

Last time I had a 1 click I ignored it, then 3 weeks later take out bb, and well there was nothing left all bearings blown up, the yellow case bit fell off, cracked the axle etc I can go get a piccy of whats left if youy want. I would say check the BB as it sounds like dead bearings. Bearing in mind that mine was ISIS if its sq. taper might be a crack in the axle rather than bearings. (excuse the pun)

Lose the annoying colours as they dont go. The background of cranks is awful it goes on endlessly. You dont need writing that big. Get rid of the cheesy name scrolling thing. To be honest its not the greatest site I've seen, without being too harsh.

Nod32 I have found to be very good, has found things that Norton AntiVirus 2005 and McAfee have both missed. May I also reccomend WinPatrol Its very useful for blocking spyware etc keeps and eye when something trys to change a registary and you get notified.

Its not complicated but a very good idea, you slide it over the normal braided hosing and you heat it and it shrinks, its also flexible etc. Very good idea there, might give it ago.
