  17. Bonjour all Thought I'd put a quick write up to tell yout that the 2nd round of the biu european cup was held yesterday in france. It was a beautifull venue. It was a park/bmx racing training/trials park based around at big lake. The sections were all man made, or at least modifed in some way. Some even going into the lake itself ( motorbike trials fans, think of the cahors urban trial) The event had a lot of sponsors and was really well put on, lots of trade stands around and they had a commentator following the riders around, he kept finding me just as i was starting a section, the novelty of him shouting my name out wore off! - but it was cool! In poussin our own Adam morewood dominated again, finishing the trial on 3 (1st lap of 0 and 2nd lap wth a 3 lost) - So, so far hes leading the euro cup series and is european champion! He progessing at a scary rate and is really on top form! I was riidng elite and had a really enjoyable day, the sections were either easy or hard, nothing in the middle, which ment a couple of silly 5's ( like i had, going wrong way through markers, falling on last part of section) would cost you. I ended up 6th, but happy with how i was riidng and am now really motivated for the next few events. There was also a section built onto one of the bmx tracks, table tops with huge logs on, first log was 6ft above the take off, i finsihed the section without a chain, so i think that was my ride of the day! So, big well done to adam and hopefully see some of you at other events this year! Scott
