I rushed making this video the week before i went to china so i could get it up here before i left, but ended up not being able to upload it lol Thats why the editing etc is not as could as it could be because i was done it a bit of a hurry! The Video is from the second round of the uci world cup held in Barcelona. 18 minuites long and features Andrei Burton,Thomas Ohler, Rob Poyser, Abel Mustieles, Benito Ros,Rafel Kumorowski,Aurelion Fontenoy,Kenny Beleay,Vincent Hermance and larger segments from myself, Tom Rankin and Gilles Coustellier Features Road tripping, warm up, Qualification and finals footage, and also a great crashes/outtakes segment! This is a low quality version,( 180mb ) so i could get the size as small as possible, will upload high quality version soon, as well as putting it on youtube. Have a watch and i hope you enjoy it Barcelona World cup ( Download link) Scott

Got quite a few pics, will sort them out at some time or another, didnt bother taking my video camera. Ben came 6th Weight saving-bald front tyre, no bash, random drillings etc, but the main thing was his clothing, lycra shorts and a really short lycra top.......... not what you want to see when you've just had breakfast!

Just got back, had a nice 12 hour flight home, im knackered! Day 2 didnt go quite to plan for me, didnt go as well as the first day. It started off ok and i was lying in 9th with one section to go, the easiest of the day.........and i messed it up! Had a stupid 5 on it which droped me down to 15th! Really pissed off with that. Was still an amazing event and a great trip, had so much fun, we went riding with the chinese guys on saturday, found an awsome natural spot in the middle of the city, and had some good nights out with the spanish

We rode the qualification today, there were 31 riders and 20 go through to the next round ( each rounds only 1 lap of 6 sections) The sections were ok, but everything seemed to fall apart and wobble, like it was made it someones back garden. But they were still good to ride and really imaginative. Both me and ben wernt happy with our rides, but we made it though to the next round. We both tied on 11 each, and we both got 1 time penalty,so we ended up on 12 ,this put us 8th and 9th. There are 3 more rounds tomorrow, should ber a fun day! We also got to see ot pi break the world record for the fastest climb up the jin mao tower, you should see what hes done to save weight! Scott

Rather nice actually, looked like it was going to rain at one point, but it never did. Cant believe how much i was sweating! I think me, joe seddon and porter all complained it was too hot lol
-
I thought it was a good comp. Some really nice sections, and a great turn out in elite, think there was everyone one of britians best riders there. I rode terrible on my first lap, couldnt get into it, but i picked it up on my second lap to finish the day off well, still could of done better, but was a huge improvement. This was the first comp i have ever been to and there hasnt been a call for observors at the start haha, got there and it was all sorted, history made! Scott

Forgot to comment about the sunday I rode even worse! I had good rides, but was really unconsistant, everything i done well on one lap i would mess up on the next and vise versa. Could of halved my score, grrrr. Oh well, some great sections , apart from freds, i was too much of a wimp to attempt the kicker haha. Barbera i know you took a first aid course to help out at comps, thanks for that, i myself am also a qualified first aider, so is dad. But i always think that st johns (ambulance) should be there " just incase", at all events. I not picking on a certain organisation. If there is also not one at the British championship event at kelly farm next week , i will be putting in a complaint about it! ( Hope that explains my last post a bit better) See you all soon Scott

For some reason, even though i ride crap there everytime, i love kelly farm. Some awsome lines there, and its some of the best terrain in the uk See y'all there Scott
