A good ol cup of tea! If im at a comp i usually just drink water, its best i reckon, you dont want anything to rich or with to many addatives, and maybe an energy drink during the day to keep me buzzing! A tip: DO NOT drink orange juice/squash when riding, it'll only end it tears! Scott

I know. an hour race being "green" isnt going to help much. Reducing the downforce by 50% and more seems stupid to me, and they want the cars to be safer?

Had a ride today, it was perfect, had no problems, stayed lined up etc,caused no skips and didnt make any funny noises, thats always a good sign! Didnt land on it at all so cant say how strong it is, but looks sturdy, and will probs be as strong as a rohloff Scott

Not really, the only country where its really "known" by the public is spain, and thats really just because motorcycle trials is so big. Its unknown here because there nothing/no one making it known outside of the bike world really. Not complaining, doesnt bother me how big it is, or how small. Just fun riding bikes Scot

Havnt been able to ride it with it yet as i only just got home from work, but will be able to do a full days riding tomorrow, so can give reviews then. The comps at hook woods in surrey. If you go here you can find the entry form for both comps, and some directions. I think this shows where the comp is. But im crap with directions, so its probs completly wrong!! Hope this helps mate Scott

Im riding the comp, and stupidly im riding Elite!! A knock to the head + 2 weeks off riding, going to be fun! Elites pretty insane.I would say the rest of the classes are a mix of world biu and british sections. Theres normally a good mix for each level, some that everyone will clean, some that will mostly give people 5's, its all good!

Who's up for going to toad rocks this sunday? and maybe wellington rocks Get some practice in for koxx days. Will get there for about 10-11ish. Will be good to see a few people turn up See you there Scott

OH MY GOLLY GOSH RICH!!! Fookin hell *breaths* and that was only "mess about" stuff!! Huge moves, those taps are insanely big ( as is everything else) The tech stuff is awsome asome aswell, the turn on the bench up to wall, and the 180 gap!!! insanity! Need to ride soon dude!
