  2. Skateboarding! All I ever see is people trying to do tricks on them, and bail. EVERY time...
  3. Nowt to do with Global Warming.
  4. Haha new it was coming... The thing is though, I have been resting it. I haven't put any form of pressure etc. on it, and like I say I haven't rode in about two weeks, and I'm pretty sure my right wrist started hurting in the time I wasn't riding...
  5. A few months back, maybe three or four, my left wrist started aching when I moved it in certain directions, and when I try and move it around in a circle shape it hurts alot and clicks. It's like when a joint aches (like the bone is in the wrong position or something) and you click it in to place and it feels better, but it doesn't seem to 'click back into place' effect and continues hurting. The only way I could make it feel better for about a minute is to clcik it (I know this will probably make it worse) but it makes it feel better for a small amount of time. It would hurt when I rode, and recently (in the past couple of days) it has started happening to my right wrist aswell. I don't particularly ride hard, and I have hardly been riding at all recently, but the right one hurts more...When I bend it up it aches abit and feels kinda out of place. I jumped and grabbed something earlier (in the 'pull-up' position) and I had to let go immediately, I will go and see a doctor, but does anyone know what this could be? Cheers.
  6. I've had cuts like that before when the skin actually kind of opens up, but there's no need to go to hospital, it should heal on its own, and once it's stopped bleeding if you let the air get to it, it will heal in no time. Edit: If you did go to hospital, after waiting for hours, you will only get about 3 butterfly stitches, so there's really no need.
  7. So have I, I've named it Poncho
  8. Awesome Very smooth riding, it just looks like you're putting no effort in at all! Especially when you gap the low wooden bench type things, it doesn't for one second look like you were going to make that, crazy stuff!

    Maths As/a2

Cheers, yeh I will do that thanks alot Thanks for the replies, i'm going to work as hard as possible 'cus obviously I want to do my best, but I don't want to be in a situation where I have worked for a whole year and failed, that would just be such a waste of time. It obviously does take self discipline to not go out when all your mates are out etc. BUt it will deffo be worth it.
  10. They've proved black holes exist, pictures for example It's strange how with black holes, you imagine nothing's there really, however it has such an immense gravitational force even light can't escape the pull! And you can't have gravity without a mass, so that proves they has masses.

    Madaline

It's in the papers everyday, I just really don't care anymore... Why can't they leave it out for a while??
  12. As we're orbiting the Sun, the Sun's orbiting a black hole right? That's why the Milky Way is spiral shape, cus it's being pulled in sorta....?

    Maths As/a2

Hi, I'm doing Maths A level and was just wondering who else is doing it/has done it? I understand it's a very hard A-Level and want to know how much work you did for it, and how long excercises are etc. I'm just curious really. Cheers.

  15. Ooo really hard one, there have been many I looove, like 1) Muse - Time is Running Out, 2) Metallica - Whisky in the Jar are my favourites really.
  16. Obviously get it checked out properly, but it's surprising what lack of water or tiredness can do to you...
  17. Nice Vid I enjoyed it, doing some decent riding there keep it up! One thing, the camara work was abit dodgey, cutting your head off etc.
  18. Sometimes I use gloves, but when I take them off it feels much nicer and safer to ride with. Wearing gloves also stops your grips wearing down half as quick. I don't think there are any benefits using them or not really, just a matter of perspective...

    Helmets

I would advise anyone against a Giro Semi MX as the shell tends to come away from the helmet, it's happened to four I know of, but mine's still going strong. The Zen looks very nice, they're comfy and light with plenty of air holes, probably your best bet for a decent helmet.
  20. Yehh, I'll ask her, people tend to make up different rules to suit themselves, whether they want to say they're seeing someone just incase someone comes along that night etc...
