  4. Found it out. It boots without 8pin powering PCI slots. So possibly my gfx overheated and destroyed something?

  8. Aww Muel, I used to roll down to climbing works like 3 times a week before I moved to Ireland. Loved it, only bad part was I'm not a skinny f**ker and makes climbing a bit more difficult
  9. Confused what to do. Don't know how to go about fixing it as I have no exact clue what's buggered. To try and fix or to simply splash out on a new pc at £1200ish :/
  10. Update: Tried friends PSU, no luck. Tried my gfx card in his system, didnt want to work, his is working fine. Both have GTX260, mine is 1.8gb, his is 800mb - does this means it's fried too? :/
  11. My parents live right next to Sheffield, but me and the PC are in Ireland. What it's gonna roughly cost to get me Alienware back...mobo - £80, psu/cables £150 ? But this might not fix, plus theres an upgrade for gfx which I want
  12. Yo Muel, cheers for input lad. Going to have to try and contact Alienware, but not under warrenty. Had it over 2 years now. Went for the Alienware cause I always wanted once since I was young Should never have bought it. Very tempted to just buy a brand new spec from OCUK ready for BF3 etc (Was planning on upgrading gfx anyway) Thing is, mobo gets lights on....?
  13. Yo, need some assistance. I have an Alienware desktop and through the night it has turned itself off. It won't turn back on. When hitting the power button, the front and back fans want to start moving, but then nothing (also there is a flash of the alienware lights in the case) What I've done so far: Removed PSU and cleaned thoroughly Removed Audio and Video cards Removed RAM Removed Heatsink/fan Tried a different PSU but didnt even do anything, possibly because was 500w and mine is 750w? Shitty thing is, its all this special alienware connecting shit to psu :/ Only possibly thoughts were PSU issue, but everything seems to receive power, all peripherals receive power it seems - or issue with heatsink fan>? Please help, gonna call Alienware tomorrow before I see PC technician. Thsanks
  14. Currently at work, but I'll come back and post around 8pm with some info.

  17. I live in Ireland, and new bikes and second hand or so expensive. I did come across this site selling old roadies but still a bit steep: http://www.dublinbikeman.com/MensBikes.htm 200euros was a max limit really, and I don't know whether if some of these are worth it? Any help?
  18. I'm after a roadie to commute to work and head into the city etc. I currently live in Ireland, however am thinking of buying from UK ebay and shipping it over. Any thoughts? I don't want to spend a lot but I want a decent roadie. Any other places to check selling 2nd bikes?

    Films!?

Agreed with above, Harry Brown is awesome movie. Watched Trust the other night, directed by David Schwimmer. All about Internet sex predators. I thought it was a good film and had some incredible acting in it, especially from the main character. I don't usually like clive Owen, but I thought he was alright in thsi movie. Oh, apparently it's out soon in UK and was in states last year.
