They allow you past level 11 now, have done for a while. Anyway for the completion time for COD4, 10 hours seems a bit long. The day I got it, I got home finished it on hardened in 5 hours. I then finished it on Veteran in the same day. Its not that hard, only bit I cant do on veteran is the epilouge
