  3. Hey all, Ive just recieved my new wheel and its got a fixed cog on the back but i need to take it off and put a freewheel on. Ive tried with all my strength and might to get the booger off but it just wont budge. Oh by the way i have been using a chain whip to attempt to get it off Does anyone have any advice or tips how to get it off without my popping some veins or something!! Cheers Spud
  4. I think that you may find that that muscle is called your latissimus dorsi! Your traps muscle(s) are definately ontop of your shoulders and just behind your neck! :D
  5. I do 50 press-ups a night and then after that 50 pulls on some-thing that i have which trains your trapezium (sp) muscles which are the tops of your shoulders. (Y) (Y)
  6. LLLOOOVVEEELLYYYYY teddies! Loving this one pegs i think the music fits in really well. Cough*especially then end track chosen by myself :) cough* I think its good how we've made it a nice long one this time aswell and included some other bits and bobs like our hardcore downhillin sesh!!   7. hey mate, I use TSG shin pads and they work a treat!! Depending on whether you want knee pads built in or not the TSG's in my opinion are great shin pads. They do not slip around your legs atall but at the same time they give you plenty of movement so they wont affect your riding one bit!! Cheers Spud :S :D

  10. Last night when we were out riding I popped my magura hose B) (rear) I understand I now need a new oliv but they are really hard to get off but is it easy to get one back on? I can just cut the hose off and then put a new oliv on yeh?? Thanks Spud (N)
  11. HAHAHA what are you talking about u willy!! Dont listen to him ofcourse we used a tripod you would have to be on beta blockers to hold a camera that steady!! Cheers for all the replies people much appreciated (N) Spud B)
