Hey all, Ive just recieved my new wheel and its got a fixed cog on the back but i need to take it off and put a freewheel on. Ive tried with all my strength and might to get the booger off but it just wont budge. Oh by the way i have been using a chain whip to attempt to get it off Does anyone have any advice or tips how to get it off without my popping some veins or something!! Cheers Spud

I think that you may find that that muscle is called your latissimus dorsi! Your traps muscle(s) are definately ontop of your shoulders and just behind your neck! :D

I do 50 press-ups a night and then after that 50 pulls on some-thing that i have which trains your trapezium (sp) muscles which are the tops of your shoulders. (Y) (Y)

hey mate, I use TSG shin pads and they work a treat!! Depending on whether you want knee pads built in or not the TSG's in my opinion are great shin pads. They do not slip around your legs atall but at the same time they give you plenty of movement so they wont affect your riding one bit!! Cheers Spud :S :D

Last night when we were out riding I popped my magura hose B) (rear) I understand I now need a new oliv but they are really hard to get off but is it easy to get one back on? I can just cut the hose off and then put a new oliv on yeh?? Thanks Spud (N)

Hey all! Some severe stress goin down over here. I've just recieved my new phone and its a samsung z500. Ive got it all set up and everything but for some un-known reason it wont let me download music onto the phone. On the downloading programme it doesnt show up as a device and it's really quite annoying because this means there is no way of me transferring music to it. If anyone has this phone or knows how to sort this out could you please reply as soon as possible!! Thanks alot Spud :shifty:

Yeah its very comfy! Umm sometimes your head does get hot but what do you expect! Surely everyones head gets a bit warm if they are wearing a helmet! They have plenty of vents in them aswell Like i said before great value for money Spud :turned:

Hey, I use a Giro Semi MX. They are perfect for riding beacuse they give you a peak to stop the sun from gettin in your eyes too much but at the same time they protect the back of your head like a piss pot. Great value for money at £40!! :turned: Cheers Spud (Y)

I think that you should definately carry on mate! I broke the cruciate ligament in my right knee playing rugby in september and im still waiting for the op! So i know how you feel my knee is very very weak at the moment and i'm still riding but i make sure I wear a nice tight support to keep it in place. I recommend to rest you ankle(s) for a couple of weeks then invest into some supports and get back out riding :huh: Spud (Y)
