yeah vauxhall do make good engines. we have a few of the dohc 16 valvers in at work. we had an escort mk2 rally car in too that had one in (Y) meh dont like the old astra like its performance figures but not it. saw some crazy ass casrs at shelsley walsh tother weekend, went up with my work to take the car weve bin buildin an engine for and there was this space frame majobby with a ford bda engine in and it had a helicopter turbine starter motor with its own fuel supply keepin the boost up on the turbo constantly, think it had 400hp out of a 1.7.

have to say avid. i dont agree with the 'all it does is bite' though :) it can slow you down good enough without been dangerous, and i run it with xtr cable and an avid speeddile 5 lever and a hope gothic rotor, with that rotor on it bites harder than usual :P

looks sweet should get two gothic rotors for it :- looks nice as fook. how much was it? :-

i might just cut the shit outa my xtr one lets say 'modify' it :P hmmm was thinking of makin one for it. and yes i dont want to buy a new one to be honest unless its cheap :'(

hi im thinking of getting an ali bongo frame and was wondering if a mavic ex721 would fit in the back ok or would i need a wider rim so the pads reach? thanks in advance (Y)

i snapped my wrist, on the end off the bone is the growth plate, that came completly off. was in theatre for over and hours for them to bend twist and snapp it back into place, all under anesthetic thank god. done a few of the pedal into shins thing. dislocated my shoulder ages ago just from riding around and i fell off. and erm i popped my back out one of the vertabraes came disatached from the other one and went back in sending the mucsles into a spasm that hurt alot

that made me cringe lol not funny. i dont like football they all suck ass and get paid far too much. just rich chavs :wink2:
