dmr ss hubs are nice had mine for a while now i also run an eno on the rear, they just screw on like any other screw on cog or freewheel.

Ok i had this problem not to long ago, what u do is put the hose in the vice with the open end pointing out a little bit then get the piston with the barbed bolt in and hammer it in, use some wd40 aswell helps loads. hopfully that makes some sence .

static level gap=6ft 9 drop gap from a table thats about 3 ft to a breeze block= 8ft 7

surely the longer cranks would apply alot more force than shorter, meaning you could go further on a gap

onza ronnie cant be falted ive had it 2 weeks now and it stil hasnt dented or buckled, but buckling a rim is normally down to abit of a crap build .
