I was lying..... I Run, Cycle 8 miles to work and back , play badminton, mtb. to be honest after that the best thing is being on the trials bike till it hurts , then give it time to heal/rest.

+1 So far, no one else has said anything useful relating to the question. Snowies have amazing grip on smooth rims , just keep them clean. ps Heatsink blues arent what you want for a smooth rim.
