    Friday The 13th

i failied an identity check for a new phone contract (for a D500 samsung on O2 talk 200) even though i had my... Driving licence, Switch card and Credit card on me as proofs of me signature, address and everythin else.. when they typed the details in their You'R'You identity check program, it came back refused!! Dam! i dont even no who i am anymore! (i hope i have no identity, i could become a masked super hero, like batman or The shadow!) Ry
  2. oh yea!! lol silly me!
  3. as sick as the whole thing is.... i still find the fort of shaggin some goregous blond girl and her mum (if she is fit) at the same time , or watchin them get it on, quite appealing! hehe! lush! (Y)
  4. lol, i totally agree.. infact, i would probally prefer it that way! reason being... i can rember many years ago when it seemed like only i rode doing tricks and stuff and all the public used to enjoy watching and they found it impressive. now you cant ride anywhere without getin in trouble and everyone thinks you are criminals. i dont like natural comps. just looks to me like a bunch of people trying to get out of some mud that they were silly enough to get stuck in, in the 1st place. -skills impressive, but its not an extreme sport, on the other hand, Street IS! id spend the 15 on beer, or something like, hair dye. or a big pizza
  5. well, i found out my overdraft is over its limit and i have 5 days to pay it back, and i got paid short.... not much wrong really, how bout everyone else? Ry (Y)

    Car Audio...

for question 1.. your answer is correct, but i would like to add a bit!.. Basically if you have a 50w output powering a 75w speaker, you are underpowering the speaker and it can damage both the head unit's pre amp and the speaker. this is because the speaker will be trying to pull its full 75w from the head unit, but as the head unit cannot supply, the pre amp struggles and sends more than normal ammount of distortion to the speaker (altho you cannot hear it) which can over heat the internal coil and brake the speaker. it is better to over power the speaker slightly than under power it, ie 60w output, 50w speaker. But your obvious best option, for better sound quality and better life length, match the ratings, ie 50w / 50w. if you want 150w 6x9's then you need a 150w amp. As for alpine 6x9's, im running type R's as they are ace, but they are £150 a pair. Type -s are the next ones down from type R, being the 3rd best in the series, these are cristal clear and LOUD! they are new at about £100 - £115. If you want a set of these, i have a set in very good condition that i am willing to sell for £60 + P&P. i think i still have the box etc. Ry
  7. Hum, and what time and day is that??

    V!z Rims

Well? anyone got a link cous i eant to order one!! Ry (Y)
  9. Hum yea, the french are good, but i think they lack style. im not too keen on the super smooth style neither, i think it looks boring. i like to look Extreme! i think us brits are best at that (well, tie with americans, jeoff lenosky etc) Ry
  10. im 22:17 with a fixed chain(no mech), was 22:18 with a rear mech and tryed 22:17, but it felt too heavy, but withou the mech, it feels ok (dont no why?) you really notice the quicker pedal response without a mech! Ry :(
  11. Well? what does everyone think? every other country's trials riders seem to 'Big-Us-Up' soo much, saying were insane and have so much style!! even USA say it?? I think we are the best!! hehe! Ry :(
  12. Yea, i dont like the F11 on IE neither. i dont really no why, but firefox 'littlefox' is brill! Also -By using tabs, firefox uses less RAM / Virtual memory as having mutiple instances of IE. it also uses a considerable less ammount of Video RAM,so this helps to smoothen scrooling (sp?) and less use of system RAM speeds up system response! resulting in a smoother running system while browsing etc! Ry
  13. Firefox has much better control over blocking popups than IE. with ie, even with spyware program installed, i still get so many popups it makes using the internet frustrating! but since i got firefox, i don't get any! you can occasionally get 1 from time to time, but you can set the browser to rember it and block it. i think the browser is more compatible with new websites, using new versions etc and its also a lot faster at loading than IE. also if you get the 'Little Fox' browser theme, it maximizes your viewing space. As for using the browser, it is not really any different to IE. Firefox is ACE! get it! Ry :(
  14. Hi, i am currently running a single speed setup, using a XT rear mech with the jockey wheel arm cut in half (so i only use the top jockey wheel) and obviously, just one cog.. i have orderd a half link and am considering doing away with my rear mech all togeather and just having a mod style drive setup. i am using the half link as i am using std mtb dropouts and not BMX horizontal style ones. Does anyone use this setup? what do they think of it? -any problems, jumping of chain etc? Ry (Y)
  15. I dont like using gears as constant shifting of gears causes faster chain and cog wear. and with the worries of chains snapping, i dont want to increase the chances! also, if you land on your mech, your pritty much guaranteed to never get your gears running smoothly again! Its a Trials bike! not a XC or luxary bike! go SS! Ry
  16. I have seen ' Fuclker Coaches' and i fort BMF (as in the rims was quite good)
  17. Yea, thanks mate! i think if i do decide to sell it all, ill split it. but it is a nice bike, i mite even just get a new 'up to date' frame for it and keep it? dont no yet. if anyone is interested in any of the parts at the prices spunkey_monkey_boy said, could you please leave some feedback, and if i get enough, ill consider splitting it. (obviously there may be some small P&P on some parts, but im not OTT with P&P -unlike folkstone Matt!) although, i would like no less than £20 for the azonics as they are Brand new warrantee replacements and have not been used (£38 new) Ry (Y)
  18. na, i didnt spend that on it.. my mate did in 2002. his bike got nicked and the insurance brought him that bike but with DMR side kick forks on it and d521's on XT hubs and v-brakes. the recipt showed the bike cost total of £1000. then he brought the forks for £375 when they were new out and the hope wheelsets / brakes. and the azonics. the brakes back when they came out wer like £130 for the enduro, £110 for the mini, and lookin at £250 for the wheels. so thats total of £1760 actually!
  19. so, how comes its lost sooo much value? i would have fort the wheels, brakes and forks alone would be worth £270 .. £70 a brake, £100 for the forks, £100 for the wheels?
  20. Blimey! really that little!!?? does anyone recon any different? Ry
  21. How much would you all value my jump bike at? as i am thinking of selling it.? the spec (roughly is) 70% mint condition DMR Sidekick Frame (just small dent on bottom of d/tube) XT BB Pig Headset Azonic DW bars Hope Mini Front brake Hope Enduro 4 Back Hope Bulb Rear hub on D521 Rim + DT spokes Hope XC Front on X517 + DT spokes Kujo DH Tyres F+B (new) DMR V12 pedals XT Rear Mech DMR Chain tensioner devices XT Gear Shifter 2001 Marzocchi forks (not sure what ones exactly, but there 90% mint and cost new £375) FSA Cranks (not sure what ones, but certainly not the power pros!) Planet X seat. It cost new, £1650. in 2002. and its hardly used. just sat in shed for ages! Personally i would say i would get about £600 ish for it...? What you all recon...? Heres some pics.. Ry (Y)
  22. Well, everyone does them EXCEPT Ryan leech! lol, because his brain is a machine of perfect mathmatical calculations! Ry
  23. Thanx everyone. I tryed measuring my chain, but im not very good at maths, so it didnt mean much to me. it measured 0.8mm wide at the widest point of the chain. i no its not the small version as my friend has that, and its not as big as the KHE Collapse Chain which has 1/2 pitch.. What the hell is PITCH? i assume that the KHE Collapse Chain is a 1/2 " as i havnt seen a KMC as big as that. so mine must be a 1/8 Oh well. the links only £6 Ry ;)
  24. Well, thats obvious.. but i dont no how many different sizes of KMC kool there are? if there are 2 sizes, then mine is a 1/8, but if there is 3 sizes, then i dont no!
  25. I am considering getin MAXXIS tyres, as i hear theyre real good.. can someone tell me What maxxis tyre i need!! as i have noticed they make millions! it for a 26" Ry ;)
