Rich, I don't profess to have all the answers but you said it right there with regards to the religious FANATIC.and that's exactly what he was,a fanatic.there are a lot of wrong teachings out their,and yes you would have to be very naive to believe the first thing you heard or read,but this man who says he acted in the name of God was totally wrong,and i can say that as a fact,because if he was acting in the name of God he would have been bound by the ten commandments and the one that says Though shall not kill was completely ignored here. Mike,next time your approached,why don't you tell then(nicely lol) that your realy not interested and that the method of aproach they use would never get you to listen to them!Christians are still people at the end of the day and all people are different,some people shouldn't go to the street ministery because they don't have the personality to talk to people!! So much negativity about this,guys just chill.I never force my religion on anybody but if people want to know about Christ,then i can talk forever. The evangelism in the town center can be a little embarrassing/annoying but if you don't want to listen just excuse yourself. I must admit,i don't do the town centre thing,i prefer to help people who actually want to be helped but we can't all be like that otherwise the people who do only hear the gospel on the streets would never hear it atall. Just like everything else,it's not for everyone,i actually hated the whole church thing for 23 years,then one day i just gave it a chance and i found out that i actually liked it(theres obviously a lot more to this,but i'd need a whole topic to tell you about it lol!!) and i didn't have to give up all of the things i loved,just the contrary stuff like smoking weed,trying to nail every girl on sight without a care for her feelings bad language(who needs it anyway?) and total negative out look on life! I'm not perfect,and i have my good and bad days just the same as everyone else,but heres the thing,the difference between me and the nonchristian is that through all the misery that we all go through in life,i have an assurance at the end of it and thats my belief and it kind of helps me through the bad stuff. I'm a christian and a biker,I ride an 05 Echo control,Hoffman disrupter BMX an Imperial street bike and a Yamaha R6.Generally christians don't force the bible down peoples throats any more because it doesn't work that way.I didn't have it forced on to me,it was my decision to become a christian and i love the life i live. Endohopper ,what makes you feel so bitter about the bible? I don't think it's a load of toss as you put it,and i read it every day,it's been very helpful to me and my family,if that's just your opinion you should say so. You guys need to just take a moment and check your thoughts about christianity,it's come a long way since you were at Sunday school and it's not filled with the stuffy,puffed up hypocrites it used to be. I wasn't always a christian,i turned to christ at the age of 23 so i do understand what it is to be a nonbeliever.Rather than just slag what the church is trying to do why don't you guy's ask some questions and get some infomation! Not forcing any body but if you have any questions,i'll deffo try and answer them.Christians really aren't all bad!! Mike.

Heres my baby,05 Hoffman Disrupter PL1.The pro model is quite rare and she's a sweet ride.I've had her since Feb 05 and iv'e ridden her every day since then(still struggeling with manuals lol!!!) Any advice would be apriciated. Cheers, Mike.

Guy's,I use the silver link every day from Northampton to Euston then ride round to Euston Square and get the underground to Liverpool street on my Hoffman. I've been doing this since Feb04 and i've only had one problem and that was when i tried to get on the Silver link going back to Northampton just after 16.15(which is the cut off time for bikes on silverlink trains leaving Euston(suprisingly,you can travel on the Silverlink during this time if you are traveling TO Euston!!) You can use the underground between the specified times but you won't get on the Northen line as that line is permanently off limits to bikes. If you travel in the right time frames i guess you'll be ok,you can't use most of the rail net work between 07.00-10.00 and 16.15-19.00 but outside these times you are ok to take your bike. Michael,if you feel that you were treated unjustly then complain and make it official,something we don't do enough in this country is complain when were mistreated and the offenders,weather they are in authority or not continue to bend us over and get away with it!! When i missed the 16.15 time slot that day and was refused entry on to the platform at Euston,i was fuming as i then wouldn't be able to board until after 19.00.I got the guy's number and made a complaint there and then,and when i got home i wrote to them and they had to reply with an apology. The thing is,rules are rules,but these inspectors are not robots and some consideration could have been shown given that it was not deep in to rush hour,i was traveling out of London,as bikes go i had a small bike being a BMX and i felt a little compassion could have been shown due to me now having to wait for 2hrs and 45 mins for the next train home,He could have so easily over looked the time frame this time and warned me not to do it again. So get your complaint in writing and you'll get a reply if nothing else. Oh,and i hate trains too lol!! Mike.

Tell me about it.The tyre you are refering to is a Skidmark from Hoffman Bikes and it's best run at 120psi(what i run them at Lol) I ride stock and as a beginner i ride 30psi in both front and rear Maxxis HiRoller slow reezaay and Minion Dh. The jump/street bike i have runs 80psi in a set of Halo twin rails. Mike.

This one might seem wimp like guys,but the first time i tried to manual,i badly over rotated and landed on my knees and then my chest whilst still holding the bars lol,now when i try to manual,just as i get to the balancing point my brain replays my first attempt and i just can't seem to get past it.Don't even try them much now and i realy want to get them dialed. Never used to wear gloves back in the day for BMX and got used to it,started riding trials and street and found that i needed gloves.I use Gussette bastards on my bikes as i really like them,and they seem to go well with the 661 gloves which i'm now used to and yes you still get callouses and my hands still sweat loads but this now gets soaked up by the gloves and i'd personally rather come off with gloves as a first line of defence than my palms taking all the impact/scratches. Yo Dai, Now your talking Dude,i bought a 05 Hoffman Disrupter PL1 complete from coustom riders in Feb and i ride it EVERY DAY!! She comes complete with 3pc Primo powerbites and a 4130 Cromo frame and forks.You cant go wrong with any Hoffman and the PL1's are all bullet proof,check out my gallery in my profile to see my bikes,I'm an old heavy dude and the bike has only needed cleaning since i've been riding it and like i said,i ride every day!! Well I'm 36 and still going strong,my wife tells me that i neither look or act my age,and do you know what i say to that,COOL!!!!! I'm still waiting for my Control frame and HiFi forks but in the mean time i ride a DJ/Street bike,a BMX,play street Hockey and a little Ice Hockey,Ride a Yamaha R6 and show my Golf VR6 off at both UK and European shows.So age has nothing to do with anything really,i'll ride and have fun until i cant ride anymore and then i'll just drive Lol Mike.

Listen mate,some of the replies have been a little harsh but you sound like you really need to be dealt with like this. If you truly have taken something then call 999 and get an Ambulance to take you to the hospital and get your stomach pumped.Life is precious and you are only a young pup,there is so much that you've got to look forward to/go through,I mean come on,you haven't even had your 16th yet,then theres your 18th,21st ,1st car,1st home of your own,finding the RIGHT girl!,getting married,having children,i think you get the picture.Come on,be a man or you'll have people talk to you like this all your life! One word of advice,when you break up with someone,you NEVER go back,because when you do,your telling them that their isn't any boundaries in your relationship and they will do whatever they want to you,knowing that you will have them back no matter what.When it's OVER it's OVER!! you'll get over it.Try to have some standards man!!! Matt,that was Awesome,some nice old school bmx riding there.I ride a 24" as well in the shape of an Imperial(check out my garage!!) and i was trying some of the spinning moves this Sunday gone,no where near as good as you though,i'd like to ride with you/learn from you as this is the type of riding i prefer and you seem to be master of your class, Cheers for a damn good vid!! ;) Mike.

Guy's,just reading this thread has sparked an idea,maybe we could have a helmet awareness ride,or the next time we have a meet like the Ipswich ride tomorrow,or the next London ride,We could all really promote the wearing of helmets to all the riders who think it's not cool to wear one. I mean,imagine your the only kid on the ride who isn't wearing a lid,I think the feeling of embarrassment would be far worst than looking cool!! What do you guy's think?? Mike.

The PRO-TEC comes up small as i found out when i tried one on so if you have a small head then the Pro-Tec is the one i'd have.I,on the other hand have a larger dome so i went for a capix lid which looks cool(FITS PROPERLY!!)and does the job. Buying a lid is more about what fits,rather than what looks better,I really wanted a Pro-tec as they look good and i remembered them from back in the day being very good,but they simply wouldn't fit my big head! Get one that fits and USE IT!! Mike.
