HD will invariably require a bit more processing power than most...As you say a fast pc, is it quad core? Im pretty sure it would be, but if not that could be one factor to think about which would help speed up As for editing...I capture using adobe premiere to raw AVI format (this is standard def now) and these files are pretty big, like gb/minute big. I drag and drop them into adobe and it works fine (quad core 2.6 GHZ processor) Sometimes if you capture, and the convert captured footage to WMV, MPEG etc, not only are you reducing final quality (by rendering to one format, then another) but it can often confuse matters for the pc and slow it down. At the expense of hard disk space, try capturing raw, use that to edit, then export it raw. I then use VirtualDub to encode to DivX just because its simple, and most people have it.

Is There A Budget Way To Re-true A Brake Rotor?
PaRtZ replied to Herr.Wolfkatze's topic in Trials Chat
This mans been reading up! If the rotor does not exceed the plastic limit, it will simply return to its orginal properties a la hookes law. Do the adjustable as a lever method. Bet my nuts it'll work. -
Just got this Im not in swansea anymore mate sorry. Im back in North wales Ask Dave Kerr or 0zzy, they're going and they're from south wales

How about reading the whole thing Alex I didn't snap two hub axles

New Ultra Light Weight Stem Cap From Tnn Engineering Giveaway

do nothing now go to bed. and work on it in the morning otherwise youll snap something else now Ive been livid about 4 weeks ago: Bought a new frame and the brake mounts were tapped, just holes. Tried to tap it and f**ked it up so I had no bike for a demo I had to do on the Weekend. Built up a frame Will Arnold had, missed the first slot, had it ready for the second one. Then snapped the rear axle in my BT hub :/ No one had a spare Next day I borrowed another bike. Did a demo, then was practicing, snapped the BB axle :/ After demoing on two more bikes, I got a BB from home (driving about 40 miles through traffic) Finally after this, I got the pirahna, but no money to build anything. Scraped some cash together in the sale section to buy a rear hub off Pat Donavon. Built the wheel, now needed a headset with no money Loaned off my mum to buy it, only for the bearings to get destoryed. FINALLY got it running well enough to make a video and yesterday I snapped the stem :/ soooo yeah thats my 'bad' month. Things are looking up though Only got the £200 loan to pay back to my mum, and £250 summer retainer for my uni house left to pay.

man goes to a petrol station and fills up his car. He goes to the girl at the kiosk and says "Number 5 and a kitkat chunky". The girl hands him a kitkat chunky and the man says "No I want a normal kitkat you fat slag!"
-
Why's Andy got one then? I needed to know that to be honest. I was going to invest in one but the chainstays put me off a bit thinking it was gna be a UCI frame
-
arent monty urbans those gay frames with 25" rear wheel? if so, then get the adamant, cos otherwise you're gna have a headache finding a selection of rims
-
yeah a short stock will have the same benefits and disadvantages (riding wise) as a short mod. You can bunnyhop short mods and short stocks easier than long stocks/mods If you're a proper old school rider, try a short stock. They feel most like older bikes, but if you want to enjoy the new age, grab a long stock/mod! Can reccomend my zoo pirahna

from a past experiance, Id say rotors with bigger holes are better and I say that because I had the roundagon with a BB7 when they came as standard and it was shite lol no idea why, couldn't do anything for it. Then I changed it to the cleansweep and after bedding in it was much better. Now I know the clean sweep has a larger area anyway, but the holes are mahoosive and the brake just worked alot better

HELLO! uploading now for you, will put link in Trials-Forum Video -> Full View • Download • Upload I really have so many that inspired me. I think maybe not the best, but a BIG BIG favourite of mine is Zoo 30...that was a turning point in trials for me. As was zoo video 19! Beast! If I had to choose one, and only one, I think Riki Murata from canberra trials would win. Such a good video, awesome rider to watch, so in control and pulling big moves and big tricks. Riders like him are so hard to come by and vids (I think Alex Markwart made it) like this are just amazing to watch.... Youtube Video -> Original Video

It cant be that hard to think what do you like watching? Ive always been annoyed at people putting clips in of stuff they cant do. Ive never put a clip of me trying a 6ft hook and coming no where near. Even if I came near it still wouldn't cut the mustard. And cutting a clip too short is just shit. Having said that, dont draw moves out. Spend more time filming and ditching the clips where, upon playback, dont actually look that good

PaRtZ replied to LukasMcNeal's topic in Trials Chat
