  1. don't sell that - keep it! just because it a piece of trials history - don't ride it just hang it up and admire it.... lovely buy another bike for riding. The new ashtons are great btw!
  2. megamo radical £120 - same as ackrigg uses or maybe even a giant stp 2 frame ...
  3. watched it twice last night (watched ackriggs section about 5 times) hahaha - wasn't to keen on the music in porters section, I didn't think it went to well and chris smith section was funny, something about his riding I am not to keen on, I think its the way he barspins (that said the wallride to table, barspin out of the round metal thing and the sprockets stalls were all cool lines). wayne and porter sections were much spot on, the riding was nuts and ben hemmingways was cool to watch as well. ashton and (especially) ackriggs section were pretty much the most inspiring piece of trials video I have ever seen. Ackrigg on the blocks at the start...amazing how did ashton get away with that crash on the wall ride too. good shit EDIT: I loved it that ackrigg only did three static moves ... brill
  4. hahaha nerf balls are awesome, on last year roadtrip we played at 2am in a service station car park. Kev is seriously dangerous with those things. Sounds like an awesome day though, gonna try my best to get down next year
  5. When i did this, I used the pins that hold the cassette together and put them through the spacers and cog, so it spread the load a bit
  6. I agree with ali, bars tilted loads forward are horrid. I dunno about everything else, but I prefer for my bike to be enjoyable to ride, rather than just a trials riding machine.
  7. just in time for the leeson coming back too
  8. personally a highlights video with all the best bits, thats had some decent editing is much more enjoyable to watch
  9. maybe he filmed some of it?
  10. are you running 8 or 9 spd. if its 8spd kmc kool all the way. if its 9spd not sure, wipperman maybe. Or just change to 8spd. mike
  11. To a degree, but not ALL music. I (and everybody) likes some shit/nostalga music, but thats mainly to do with memories to do with a song rather than the actually song. But I have no idea why some music sounds better to my ears than someone elses. yeah some music you can relate to, through the lyrics. But what about those songs that just sound good .... oh and what about this! I hate Cradle Of Flith, can't stand the music and especially dani fliths vocals and lyrics. They are shit! But I love 'The twisted nails of faith' by them, its a awesome songs. It weird...

  20. The last couple of months or so my knees have been hurting when riding and they feel quite stiff. I don't feel as 'bouncy' or 'loose' as I used too, if you know what I mean! I am getting old ...haha But seriously I taking my more effort to do things (especially gaps, sidehops stuff, all static moves really) as it feels harder to compress. They have always hurt to a degree, but normally just the day after a long ride and when climbing stairs and they have been fine later in the day or the day after. I am booking a docs appointment in the next week or so and have start taking cod liver oil (for the past few weeks). just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has any advice, maybe some specific stretches would help out! Any advice would be great. Ta Mike
