  1. this has been talked about too many times
  2. My friend broke a set of monty cranks. He broke the left side first and the the right in a 3 week interval. Both of the snaps look him to hospital for stitches!! Wasn't too nice. He's ok though, didn't get it on film. Most of the time cranks snap from either wear and tear or a manufactuing fault. If you can spot a smooth air bubble looking shape on the snapped area then this would have been and error in manufacturing. If its a Hair line crack then your unlucky as this can't be put down to manufacturing faults Hope this helps Ian B
  3. On natural, depending on the conditions you would really want to ride with a low or medium presure and street it doesn't really matter. Its all down to the riders personal preferance although you can ride with a hard pressure in street because you rairly lack in grip. Thanks Ian B
  4. It will feel really nasty with the front high with a high BB rise. Also the bike will control better with lower forks. So what are you trying to achieve? Ian
  5. The try-all stem is the nuts, i ride one with onza straight carbon bars and it feels really nice. No 'flex' or 'give' in it at all and i highly reccomend it. I cant comment on the BB thought as I havent got one and dont know much about it. Thanks Ian
  6. yea and the skyline and 200sx, i mean who would ever want NA tuning and loads of drifting?!
  7. lol, testosterone levals return to normal within a few hours (5 -6) which means it wont affect the next days ride if you WANK the night before. Unless you have one of the most anoying occurances, a wet dream in the night!!!! so when i dought bash one out! Oh and my p.b. is 9, and my god 12, that guy must be a legioned!!!! Ian
  8. deffo a jap car, very good performance. Or something small which can be tuned to go fast Ian
  9. my god your mate is lucky!!! Oh well, just buy good bars first time round, then you never have to worry about it! Ian
  10. you must be joking. New bikes look wikid!!!!
  11. mind out using a screwdriver as you can scratch your bars to peices I find grabbing them really hard, putting one foot on the stem and pulling like mad works really well! Thanks, hope it helps Ian
  12. LMFAO. you get paid to ride?
  13. chavs are really anoying and just think yourself lucky you have a great hobbie which keeps you from pissing people off all the time and doing nothing for society. I hate it when there is a group who are usually really intimidating and the worst is when you are filming!!!! I had some the other day who were adament they had to stand where I was riding for about 15 mins previous and it was in the middle of the road on an island i was getting really pissed off! I think riding the next spot along is better otherwise it just creates a problem cause before you know it their whole family are down your pants going mental. Ian
  14. we just get old people who call the police and give you dirty looks I dont like riding in front of too many people cause i know if i fall off they all come over and go are you ok Oh well, oh yes, and ofcourse the chavs! Thanks Ian B
  15. thats well good, what are you on about your garden has some well good bits in it!!! looking good though Ian Bloomfield
  16. debatable, you cant really say that. As the hub should last fine if service properly and kept in good condition. Ian
  17. give it a few days and you will be good to go. I was told i couldn't ride for like 4 weeks because I had torn the ligaments in my ankle but i was riding within 1 week. But take it easy, dont feel ashamed to be doing smaller stuff Ian
  18. Oh sorry i see. Thats wikid then, nice going Ian
  19. so, what did you actually achieve from this which you wouldn't with a normal disc and normal pads?
  20. Yea thats the first thing i think about if i stack. Im like, " crap is my bike ok?" and like run over to it! lol Ian
  21. There really slow on orders and sometimes are like week over on them. I have heard more bad comments about the shop than good. And through personal experience I wont be buying from them again. Thanks Ian
  22. it will as the hose is black it conducts alot of heat in the summer. You think if you leave a bottle of water in the sun you get lots of little bubbles inside it. This will happen inside your brake. Consequently creating an air bubble. Use oil as this is what the brake is designed for? Ian
  23. You could just say the reason and get on with it. I don't think it is a very good approach to promoting the sport, as you were saying you would like to make the sport more known to the public. So, consequently, I suggest you just tell them, it only takes like 30 seconds and then you ride again and the majority of public enjoy watching trials and would like to know more about it, which in turn is what you want to do. Thanks Ian Bloomfield
