i used tennis grip once, its really comfy cause u can get a well good grip on the bar. Worked well.

i dont really listen to music as it makes me rush and then hurt myself and also i like to see how quite i can make my riding, its quite fun! But if i do listen to an its usually hardcore or alternative Ian

i ride with my feet in the middle but if i do change i do notice the difference although i dont feel as confident! also riding with your toes on the pedals tightens your tendons in the back of your leg so remember to stretch them to save any pullages or tears. But yes this does work! Thanks Ian

my parents dont really understand the money involved and its like a marathon for me to get most stuff untill i tell my parents that if i dont get then i could die when trying to drop off something. But my dad has seen me ride a bit and knows some stuff about it but my mum keeps out of it k Ian
