Jon man i doubt supercycles would say that on the phone, I was in there 2 days ago speaking about onza etc and he was telling me what super stuff there coming out with now witch they are. Are you sure that your mum just don't want you to get a bike as she gets mega pissed of when you go home and your bike i allways fooked, Not two know what your dad says . Give supercycles a ring your self and see what they say to you about the t-rex, I meen if you owned supercycles or worked there you not going to put of buyer are you, I think your mum and dad may be lieng. Who knows though they might have it tooked away round next doors ready for christmas day.

Are you leaving from both wheels or lifting the front up first, I've found spinning from two wheels is alot easier, Give that ago it might help you out a bit more.

Right sorted the slow return with the cable buy cleaning all the grease out and using GT85, It runs smooth now, But it's a bit spongy, Just want to know how i can get ride of the sponge. Thanks for all the help people

My mate had is done for £10.

I lubed it with WD-40 and grease.

Alright then i've just gone out and brought a new odyssey linear slick cable for my rear v, I'm running avid ultimate arms, XTR lever and heatsink pads. I've just fitted all the cable on etc etc and it's got quite a slow return, I don't know whats going on really, I've set it up really good, I've lubbed the inner cable well and it's still got a slow return. Every thing is all tight, The arms are perfectly set up the pads are hitting the rim dead on. Am i doing some thing wrong :) or missed some thing :o. Thanks for any help. Ben (Y)
