That x-ray is my leg,13 weeks ago(broken tib and fib) Hi all, You may not all be interesting but i thought i would tell you as im over the moon :( I have know had my cast taken off(15th of Sept) and have been told i dont need physio because its healed all good and i have no ankle damage, so wont be too long til i can ride my levelboss again. I use one finger, because then you still have 3 fingers to rap around the bar so you can move it around easier, and pull the bars up easier, but its personal pref. Jeza

I think you can get hold of a rear chris king hub for 180, then just get it built onto your rim or buy a new nice rim, then you will have a nice set-up Jeza

Well this is a hard one to explain, I learnt by saying this through my head , Kick - Hop - Brake, you can even do it without the hop to get used to the motion, and get your hands and legs trained to work in this sequence, hope this helps, , just keep trying!, some people it takes ages to learn stick at it and try not too get annoyed and you should pick it up fast like it did >_< Jeza

Its quite hard to get validated, if you haven't been by 2 and a half months, yeah i know what you are feeling i have somethings i would like to sell, which may be of some use to others but are just sitting in my garage >_< , But then again when you do get validated you will be very happy as i will :blink: , I have been on these forums for about 4 months?, oh my god time flys... Try putting a pound coin or whatever on the floor and try and hop on it as many times as you can, or aim to hop to marks on the floor so your accuracy improves. I find that video has a good style though, so try and aim to do that when confident on the back wheel. Jeza
