thnik about the componemts your runnig as well you dont want your bike to be multi coloured unless you wanna stand out or just try and keep it one colour i e black/silver or go to the extreme end like simpson and no bottle (pashley) and do it some mad colour its your bike nick spray it any colour you like, if it was me id say frame baby blue 9same as the dob rims) with white forks stem bars and seat the rest gloss black but thats just me

theres not much on that i would use to be honest but 15 quid that is a bargain, you got a pair of maggys for 15 quid, that you could prob sell for 20 quid each. pretty sure someone would want the forks as well as they are well known and maybe a streety rider for the stem and do i spy mavic rims? could make a bit of a profit if you split the bike down

oldest thing i have (now on my xc bike but was on my trials) was my mavic ex721 on hope xc bigman man built and drilled bought it off a mate who bought it off bigman and still going strong been on my: t rex bt raven bt ninja simtra st 1 coust st blaize and there just on my bikes it was on my mates t rex before that and what ever bigman had at the time, ive had the wheel around 4-5 years now

trials does keep you fit and gets you toned, my brother goes gym 3-4 times a week, hes a little bit shorter than me and 3 years older but still he does not have any tonned muscles, whislt me i dont go gym but i do a bit of weights and kick boxing apart from that all i do is ride. and im more tonned than him and still stronger all round due to the amount of riding i do (i hate walking so i ride everywhere on my trials) just think about what muscles you use when you do a single trick ie a sidehop so your on 2 wheels you use your arms to bring the front wheel up then your legs for the rear and doing your back when you extend your arms and your abs as well, is it not true that steve peat (world dh champion) does trials as well for a work out to work on his fitness
