There isn't a lot of riding in the first vid granted and thanks for the positive comments guys waiting for me next vid come back to me. As for the Bike Dancing is more of a thing for gen public for sure and a bit of light entertainment i know its cheese but some people love the cheese. :$

haha was looking forward to this it is a show girl top which was in the show as a forfit and no one else had the balls to do the forfit to where it on the last day so i did.... not my best look lol

Thanks for all the comment as always, and the team is a "show" team of course and our main aim is to show trials on a professional stage as we are a sport that need to get out there a little more because day in and day out over the last 20 years i have rode trials the words, "where's you seat?" have come out of the mouth of too many of the public meaning we really are not a known sport and that people don't know the difference between a BMX or a trials bike. So hopefully more professional shows and riders can lift the profile of the sport. Once again cheers

remember the show is for gen public, and all we had for that section of the show was two barrels, all promotion for the sport is good though wouldn't you agree?

I havent posted on here for a really really long time but i am glad to post on this vid these two lads are by far what trials in the uk should be about and that was an awesome vid pure trials riding and style all the way through not a single backflip or crankflip !! loved it !!

Dude it will be 9.2 if it says 9.2 my training bike is lighter than that the new atomz bikes are so light and strong I can't explain and for writing down the spec all atomz parts and some maxxis tyres really you can see from the foto and the new Maxxis tyres from Atomz and you can pick them up from Tartybikes are also rediculas. I find it strange why people think weights re made up ?

Ok boys and girls here are some shots from todays bit of riding that I have done at a few different locations on the Isle of Skye as I am taking a bit of time up here before I shoot off to Canada for the UCI worlds these fotos have been taken by my lovely girlfriend who felt sorry enough for me to take some shots of my ugly mug! No SLR involved in the making of these shots so be nice lol. Get your asses in gear the weather doesnt look to be that bad and we are going to be setting out on the Saturday and would love to see more faces and a few new faces also........

People should definently get their asses down to this competition it is the first of this years YMSA rounds and it has taken some great effort for me and a couple of other riders to persuade my family to continue running these competitions due to the fact we struggled with interest last year but no doubt we are still going to run them and they are the only competitions that run the full UCI rules same as the do on the continent with all classes using the rules and all of the sections being laid out in the correct taped out style so a lot of effort goes into building the trials and they are a great series to ride if comps are what you want to try and concentrate on as riders...... Please get your entries in as these are normally comps where we have a great entry of elite riders due to the sections being great for the higher class riders but please dont let that put off any of you guys that are inexperienced there is a hell of a lot to be learned by coming to these comps and people travel great distance to come to them and always come back. Hope to see you all there but get the entries in remember without the entries the sport will die and we dont have a lot of clubs so get supporting them!!!!!!! cheers ......

I really hear you about the tights but it was in the rules today to have legs covered and a compression suit is the best wayand helps the body also decent in competition and styles are not a thing i worry to much about the FOX style is the best one lol

i wish it were more like motocross then i would be having lots more promotion and the Fox kit is like that for a reason to be noticed and it did just that thanks for noticing Fox are one of my biggest sponsors and I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks for the kit it is awesome and also maybe trials could do with moving with the times kit wise because seriously not much cool looking kit going is there and Fox are pretty gnarly ....... so come on lad ....woop

Hey Ben I know that at some point YMSA will be doing some kind of training weekends where younger riders can get taught by members of the British team and elite top riders but i think that may be something that will go on later in the summer like a two day summer event i think where the guys can stay over but still working on it .

Firstly I would like to thank all of those that have had a positive reply to this thread as trust me this will be a fantastic competition that myself and my family, friends and a lot of extremely large sponsors will be putting a great deal of time and effort into. This will be a competition that will have the coverage of local media as well as some of the national magazines and some TV coverage also this is why entries are limited and it will be a fantastic opportunity for any of the countries sponsored or assisted riders to appear here to promote the brands that have so kindly assisted them for the 2010 season. My family will be taking a great deal of their own time up to set this up and as I said last year that in 2010 I wanted to be involved with giving something back to the sport and the guys that participate. Because after all without riders the sport would be dead! Also because all that we have ever really known is the competition scene then the best way that we are giving back to the sport is by creating the best competitions to the highest levels, not taking anything away from any other clubs around the UK because they also do a fantastic job at keeping our very small sport afloat. But this will be a completly man made to a huge standard competiton with indoor and outdoor sections and a very special occasion so please all are welcome to submit a request to ride and we await some more of your entries with the great faith that all the entries and riders that we have will have a fantastic day and please do not be disheartened if you don't get an entry please come down and support the competition because we would be delighted to have you all and we will have a wicked day! Ok, as for the remarks so far made by you Walker please take this as a constructive critism from another sponsored rider who has been sonsored by factories for now over a decade I am not saying I am squeeky clean because that would be crazy but I think that you may find that as a sponsored rider when you are have applied for a ride at what may be one of the best opportunities to make a better name for yourself and showcase you sponsors the best thing to do is allow the organiser to do what he likes with his promotion as it is not upto yourself. I have previously thought in the past that some of the trials promotions for different competitions have been not to my taste however they are not upto me to comment as I am there to be professional and showcase my riding and promote sponsors. Not to say that I thought that their branding wasnt to my taste. So in future please think that if you have been awarded to ride at a big event please be excited and happy that you are considered someone that is of the professional look and level to handle the competition and not someone that has a petty go at the organisers and refer to my father David as "him" to apply that you have a personal agressive problem with the man that is putting a lot of his time and effort into supplying you with a great opportunity. As i said before please take this as a positive remark as i think this is only something I thought that you could reflect on in the future as someone who may want to continue as a professional in the sport and please do not pick up on any of my typing errors as i will openly say that i am maybe not someone that has the greatest intellect when it comes to the english language and computing. Thank you for taking all that I have said on board and we all wish to see you soon....

oooooooo Ben, and the short shorts are so he can get his legs right upto his head no restrictions and wasnt on me high horse love and sorry i thought they were more like leggings really but you must know better and have read the web site well.....well done to you indeed. Also duncan i must of seen you wear tight clothing before to get around the BIU rules as we all have instead of wear long trousers in the heat?????

I am with Mark on this one i have rode world cups for years and the tighter clothing is better to compete in for a few reasons stabalises body temperature, doesnt get in the way/obstruct you vision and is very flexable trust some positions on technical dabs at world cups get interesting. i am not saying wear skins to ride street but from a competing point of veiw they work and as for looking cool as fu** at comps winning is cool as fu** and i wear my skin with my fox sponsored kit and Fox are cool period..... o and they are not tights you nobs you buy tights for women its compression clothing if you are wearing tights you are cross dressing .....weird
