hehe well doctor said i could have pain for months , ive been riding now and my hand hurts . But he said after about 2 weeks after i took cast off i could put pressure on it , i just had to ignore pain , which i do . Its now about 2 weeks and 1 day since i took my cast off ;P haha. have to practice to koxxdays no mather what. not riding for about 3-4 months, then riding 10 times and braking hand and beeing off another 7 weeks really hurts your biking skills :(

better overall, knowing the skills of attacking the obstacles better . trials you know .

awesome video, one of the best vids on the net . i think ben slinger should get alot more attention as he is better rider then riders such as , craig neil.. and that tra guy .. sure he doesnt have all the fancy moves and huge street lines, but thats because hes trained more on riding better natural . editing was how i like it .

A very interesting video and lived up to my hopes . Som good insight on vincent aswell as the best riding i have seen of him , yes i do mean that . A definit download .. unless your a street rider , then it might be abit boring. I liked it .

yes it did hurt with only socks lol , and with the broken arm, but im a tugh viking ;P haha No ive used my one purple bar all the time since koxx sponsorship, its the new koxx bar thats wider over bend and are naturally stronger. haha i have done all the colors but the rims weaker ;p

i do think i have an ordinary koxx mod stem , hehe . only 173cm ? hmm , matt staples rides impressive on his BT even though it looks too big , so you could try the vinco , no harm in that.
