  1. thought about it but i aint sure about it??? i dont like the idea of sticking acid(potasium chloride i think) all over what could afectiveley be stoping me dying when i land e.g. brake pop on a gap and i fall back into something head first :S
  2. would a rear xtr with xtr cables, plazmatic pads, speed dial 7 lever and xtr carbon booster be worth the money or should i just get a new hs33 (mines yellow so im replacing it)

  7. i'd have to say unless your t pro has a top quality spec e.g. king hubs, front disc, echo parts ect..... you ain't got a chance of getting a down hill bike !!! also this post will probably be gone in no time seeing the whole rush to point out "For Sale/Wanted/Swap threads are not allowed in New Members Chat" trend going on at the minute :S
  8. looks really nice mate :turned: if i was you though i'd get a xtr carbon booster for your back brake.... just a sugestion (Y)

  12. yes shin gaurds are useful !!! i dont have any (yet) and my shins are scarred and cut because of it :P
  13. my brisa zona frame, echo forks, eno free wheel and try all rear wheel on the way now though :P
  14. fraid not... i was there in the bike shop when he did it (he works there) and it was fine for 1 lever pull then the lever just kept pulling back to the bars until it didnt brake anymore when you pulled the lever. To be honest it was probably a defect but i still dont trust it !!!
  15. what ever you do dont get hope braided hoses they're crap :- my mate had it on this mono mini and is popped off 1 min into its first ride! Go for goodrige or maggura plus (sorry about this its a bit :P ) what fittings do you use to fit braided hoses, ive heard you have to use hayes ones is this true ?
  16. no one is making you listen to it so don't... i like metal!!!!!!!
  17. can't say ive done it but i'd geuss you'd be best off taking the wheel apart then drilling it, it would stop you hitting any spokes with a drill bit.
  18. DON'T get a hope mono mini, 3 of my freinds have them and all are leaking only one of them hasn't sent it back to hope. Get an avid BB7 they are awsome and cost less
  19. my fear is snapping my chain stays (again) i did it to two mission frames in two weeks and i realy lost all my confidence (and money) replacing them :D even now i check them if hear ANY squeak and clanking noises from my bike but hopefully my new zona will instill my confidence again (Y)
  20. why is it nearly every post on this site ends in bitching ??? :D as far as the differences in wheel size in my veiw just ride the bike you like where you like, if you ride 20" and want to ride street then do it, if you ride 24" and want to ride natural then go ahead wheel size shouldnt affect where you have to ride.......... and im sure sum 1 will come out with 24" bikes are made for street which is fair enough but even that shouldn't stop people riding where they want to ride i dont think that'll be much help but hey it might be (Y)
