dh and bmx racing has 45 year olld plus catergorys so ride as long as you want or can

i'm 35 and still riding trials, dirt jumps, and 4x and dh.......and i believe that that as long as you enjoy riding you should carry on for as long as possible

i know but my bird is due to give birth to my second child on the 29th of this month so need to book in time on the bike

bmx ers and dirt jumpers use them and i've known a fair few trials riders use them to shimano are the snappy chains

get a gusset half link chain they are proper indestructable

i know the rocks at crosby, i've ridden on them and they're ace i'll be riding street on my jump bike if i don't get a trials bike in time

ouse insurance should cover the bikes from theft from the home anyway.......being a home owner myself

a coup[le of years ago when i was racing downhill i had an intense worth £4500 and a so called specialist bicycle insurer wouldn't insure it because it was so expensive..................and one of my mates got it but it only covered him from theft from the house not if he mugged for it or got stolen at races and he had to get a wall mounted lock in his house on the first floor before they would insure him and he to send in photgraphic evidence so in my view its an absolute waste of time and energy......they'll try anything to prevent payout don't bother
