    Warez P2p

Yeah, thats a f**ker that winfix shit. I've had it on like 4 computers in the last 3 days, f**k knows where I even got it from, one was on a clean windows install :P just download Limewire and Shareaza :-
  2. Good for a home user, average as an editing suite... Spec seems to fall a little down the middle, kinda a bit on the high end scale for home use, but no where near powerfull enough for high end editing. Other than the 1Tb hard disk, which is none existant... so must be 2 500gb SATA'd together.
  3. Yeah... it sucks, either i'm bulking and my fitness level is SHIT. Or i go for fitness and start loosing weight... grr :P
  4. 30lb (good mass) over the 2 years and I'll be happy >_<
  5. Fantastic form! :) You're actually a very similar style build to me currently in that picture, like lean, but lacking the kinda 'bulked mass' that makes you look big in a tshirt. I am one of the smaller (smallest!) guys in my gym. I never claim to be big (Y) Genetically my metabolism makes that hard. One day I will be, but not for another few years - I'm not in a rush. Knowledge isn't power, using it is :P Plus I didn't actually post pics lol (Y) >_< Damn joe lol
  6. The part about not being happy at 6% isn't true for everyone, not by a long shot. I did a 6.5kcal/day heavy bulk for 17 months with just 3 weeks off in spaced out intervals. Though my overall weight went up by about 27lb my bodyfat went up aprox 1% - to 6%. In other words it doesn't matter what I do, 6% is my genetic roof at the moment, it's exactly where my body IS happy. As for if I AM at 6% or not, PM me, I'll attatch a couple of pictures - but I'm not posting them lol. (Y)
  7. Why or how? Mainly genetics, lots of training, perfect diet... thats bout it really, not been above about 6% in 5 years.
  8. http://sourceforge.net/projects/gordianknot I'm not sure if thats the answer, but since I downloaded and installed the gordianknot codec pack I've never had a single problem with any kind of codecs, ever. It supports pretty much everything as far as I know. Maybe worth giving a try? If not, at the very least, you'll be covered for downloading codec'd porn movies (Y)
  9. That deal looks like a goodun to me (Y) Looks nice a slim too, which is always important in a laptop if your gonna be taking it places. Good balance of spec/price/size there :)
  10. Nozmeister or me? Since I don't know Nozmeister he may well be, but he just posted up there he thinks he might be more like 10% (which I must say is still pretty damn lean). I know for a fact I'm currently at about 6%, but it was prettymuch my LIFE for 2 years, lol...
  11. Upgrading laptops is almost impossible... not to mention stupidly expensive :-
  12. 5% is very low. Thats pretty much pro bodybuilder bodyfat levels (4ish%), around 5% you have rock solid abs and can see the direction of the fibres in your muscles etc. Bodyfat calipers / testers get very in-accurate on the lower scale, its not uncommon for them to say 10-12% as half that. The national average in the UK for males is 16.4% bodyfat. Random Example < bad photo, but just the first one I found of 5%, thats one of the guys off a forum I post on. Thats pretty much what 5% looks like, infact I'd say thats closer to 5.5%. I change between about 5% - 6% depending on the time of year. I'm currently 155lb so if my maths is right 11.8 stone. Which is a stone down on my weight this time last year, bleh... but one thing you learn over time with bodybuilding is weight means NOTHING. Litrally nothing, you can have one 150lb guy at 6'0 who is 150% the size of another 150lb guy at 6'0. It's all about ratios and makeup, even two people of the same bodyfat and weight can be massively different.
  13. not quite 0% lol :- but yeah, thats me.
  14. Nah... I've tried stuff thats not legal, but never injectables / roids. I'm too young.
  15. Oddly enough the single most effective thing for that is shitloads of water, and creatine (increases water retention). You can get specific mixes for muscle ache and recovery, from maximuscle.com for example. But that's one thing i've never tried, since it's never bothered me.
  16. Yeah, none. Unless it's a 'natural comp', which are low profile more local events.
  17. Creatine plays a roll in synthesis of protein, but it's not a carrier (of anything), infact creatine it's self needs a carrier (dextrose/glucose) to give an insuline spike for cell creatine/ATP absorbtion. Creatine also breaks down into creatinine (ADP) after about 15 minuites out of powered form, meaning that for someone with a normal digestive system about 70% of all creatine you take is just wasted. Aside from higher water retention within your muscles and a SLIGHT increase in last rep performance it's mainly useless. In my experience it won't help you build muscle faster. I've tried several brands and varying amounts and cycles over the past years... none were worth their price tag. You should mix it with a small cup of grape or apple juice, with 1/2 a tea spoon pure sugar.
  18. Beer will give you... hair loss, kidney damage, liver damage, get you fat, lower your sperm count, give you mood swings/make you violent, give you cancer Yet how many people do you know who've f**ked themselfs up with all those things from a few pints? The fact is, yes they CAN do that to you, but you google ANY drug, or substance you can put into your body, including weed, alcohol, tabaco etc and they all have these massive lists of so called 'effects' which are for the most part, hype - and though are all true to an extent aren't be all and end all side effects. You'd have to ABUSE steriods over a long time to get those kind of side effects (other than the lower sperm count and mood swings which are instant side effects of being on steriods, but 100% correct themselfs at the end of your cycle). There is a big difference between USE and ABUSE, not just in steriods, in anything. The Pro leages are just as heavily tested. There is a way around pretty much every single test currently given, every current substance has a counter substance which will make it read negative on tests. But it's a very murky area, they know they are using, but turn a blind eye - the drug tests are very lax, more for show than anything - so they conform to health and safety standards.
  19. Yeah this thread is worthless without pics :P
  20. The 'bigger' guys in my gym (the ones who do it as a lifestyle) will push over 160kg for reps, and I see that on a weekly basis. Douggie has the current gym record with 235kg press, and he's a BIG guy, pro bodybuilder size, I doubt he's natural though. Infact Suz, one of the instructors is a pro female bodybuilder, and I'm pretty sure she can bench around the 110kg mark, though needless to say she's not natural and f**king huge  BUT I'm not talking about 'regular' people here, i'm taking about bodybuilders (since it's quite a bodybuilding style gym). 100kg IS a lot of weight. For your 'average' teen it would be an impossible weight. You're right it's near impossible to hold 20kg out at arms length, but 20lb is possible - it's a pretty easy acid test of if you're lifting kg or lb if you're unsure. on a side note 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pound
  21. Yeah, some of the more serious guys at my gym will bench 100+ for 30 odd reps.
  22. I think you'll find that's what I put  (Y)
  23. 1cm³ of muscle weighs about 1.8x that of 1cm³ of fat.
  24. Exactly the same thing happend to my dad, but at less than half the speed. He was doing at 60-65 on a 60 road, when a car just pulled straight out infront of him at a Tjunction (guy just didn't look propperly and see him). his bike hit the back doors of the car rather than the front and embedded it's self into the car in a similar fashion. Dad was thrown off the bike, and landed 75 foot away in someones garden. f**king lucky. Though on the downside his leg got ripped clean off :P and he broke prettymuch ever major bone in his body. Risky Machines... but then again so are cars!
  25. Current Best solution: MSN 7.5; http://messenger.msn.com/Xp/Default.aspx the Apatch; http://www.dansmedia.com/pafiledb/pafiledb...n=download&id=1 Removes everything, ALL the crap, it's a little better than the mess.be patch on this version. :P
