saw them at leeds possibly the best live act i've seen, wanted to go see them last night (my missus went) but my parents would let me go not even on my f**king birthday
about a tenner? If yyour getting a different rim to what your currently using theres a chance you might need new spokes since the ERD can differ so you may need longer or shorter spokes (ERD is the distance from one spoke hole to it's opposite spoke hole (not the proper term but you know what i mean)) Why not try doing it yourself? just buy a spoke key (about a 5er) loosen off all the spokes tape the new rim to your current rim with the valve hole in the same place and then swap each spoke to the right hole and then tighten all of the spokes, (if you do want to do it look in the faq section in members chat obm did a proper guide )
i like the look of the wii hope there doing a new smash bro's (so many drunken memories ) that games is just awesome! could see the moveable controller being kool for smash moves i want one now
mod/stock shouldn't make a difference, infact mod rims are stronger than stock rims (of the same brand) what with them being smaller it's harder to kill them, i can't explain it but it makes sence in my head
I don't get that, surely having a tight chain would be better because when you put any power through your not going to have a sudden change in tightness and pull on the hub/skrew the bearings.whereas with a looser chain you'll suddenly be putting the freehub/wheel under alot of stess. and i still don't get the freewheel/freehub being better (besides engagement distance).
Been needing a new hub and was thinking about getting a zoo! freehub just wundered which would have a faster enagement and eno or a deng-style freehub? (on 18-12gearing) ta
I'd recomend the echo 'cause it's got a bash I ride a python and i miss having a bash plate depending on what year model you have you might need new forks (if i remember correctly the latest prodigy has a huuuge steerer tube arrangement thing) headset, stem and you might need a new rear hub 'cause the axles 14mm and the python/echo take a 15mm or something wierd/annoying meaning you can only use the deng hubs ! you might be ok with the hub actually your better asking tarty or something though
'cause your a new member maybe there weren't as popular as the Zoo! and Echo and all of dengs other crazy brands and he decided to discontinue it because they werent selling to good? think how many people bitch about long GUs being aweful? meh maybe deng'll stop cncing everything next...
The acs has pawls inside it unless you break it . if your meaning tabs?(bit you use to get the freewheel off) the eno does have them it's only the tensile, monty (and dicta?) that don't.
Think the pro/comp are gunna have a tensile? whats with the new cranks ? i liked musclemans :$ better ohwells maybe these are longer/lighter? i wana see what the new t-mags like i quite liked the proto one
I'm running an eno on my tryalls with a 74kingz bash and theres enough thread (but absoluteley no clearance from the bb, 128mm BB btw) so most setups should fit 'cause that 74king jobbys if mutherfarking thick
I've been thinking about going to a 26" theres a guy who would swap me his bike (oldschool saracen with a bashplate and a tiny BB rise) when he's got some better bits on it (i.e pro2) just not sure how i'd get on with the oldschool geometry 'cause i'm a python pusher lol. Would going stock do much for my riding?
