  1. But would you rather be able to do an amazing line with massive gaps roughly or be able to do a just a pretty good line really smoothly?

This bit every time, or do big lines smoothly of course!

  2. Honestly I would not say it is worth a great deal, I would offer £50 collected, I could even collect today :P

Seriously though I would say £250 - 300 max depending on spec obviously! Are you able to get a full spec list Ed?

  3. Like Liam said Matt, Head out of Perranporth towards St Agnes, at the top of the hill there is an industrial estate on the right, go right through that and park next to the hanger, don't block it though as they use it quite often, once parked just walk out the track!

Waiting on Liam and Sprog to decide on train times before I know what time we will be there.

  4. V brakes can be VERY good, I ran one on the rear for well over a year, they do not have the initial sharp bite that you would expect with a HS33 but the hold will far out perform a rear HS33, I am not exactly a small person and when running my rear V i was probably around the mid 19st mark! If you wanna see a rear V in action, have a ganders in my video thread I just put up, the last half of video 4 and all of video 4.5 and some of the CZAR vid was filmed with a rear V.

If you do go to a rear V, a booster would be worth investing in, the brake will be very good without but the booster improves it even further!

  6. Bigman Video 5, Christmas 08 I broke my wrist, so treated myself to a Koxx coustellier V2 when it was healed, this was the first vid on what was probably my favourite frame!

Bank Holiday Weekend, This was filmed over the one of the spring bank holiday weekends in 08, this is one of my favourite videos of myself:

Bigman Coust Clips, Filmed around the end of summer 08:

Ozonys First Ride, This was a small video made from the one of the first rides on my Ozonys XR26 which replaced my coust after it cracked :( :

Bigman Ozonys Vid 1, My first and only proper video on the Ozonys:

Rockman Bikes Video 1, At the end of 2008 I was lucky enough to gain sponsorship from Rockman bikes, this was the first video I produced for them riding the ISIS frame:

Rockman Bikes Video 2, Another video for rockman bikes, also riding the ISIS frame:

Rockman Bikes Video 3, this vid was made in the autumn of 2009 on the Kortz frane just before I went out to new zealand to work for the winter, I recomend downloading and watching in VLC as it should be in widescreen:

Well I hope you all enjoy watching these videos as much as I enjoyed making them over the years!

  7. Hey Guys! I thought that seeing as I don't realy ride any more due to riding mototrials I thought that I would upload my back catalogue of vids, I hope you all enjoy!

Bigman Video 1, filmed after riding for about 12-18 months:

Carn Brea Riding, This is Rob Clarke and myself, filmed around mid 2005 I think:

Shed riding! This is Dan Pearce and myself riding my trials park that I had setup, I think it was filmed in late 2005 just before I started Uni:

Lamorna Cove Riding, Again myself and Dan Pearce riding Lamorna cove in the same week and the previous video:

Bigman Video 2: This was filmed in early 2006:

Bigman Video 3, Filmed around mid 2006, gave an Ashton a try, quite liked it!

Porthtowan Natural, This was filmed when I got my dual disc Simtra first at the end of 2006, realy loved the dual disc smoothness!

Bigman Video 4, Filmed at the end of 2006/early 07 I changed back to a rim brake on the simtra at this point, I recomend downloading this and watching in VLC as it should be in widescreen:

Bigman video 4.5, just a random vid made in mid 07:

Czar Clips, I rode a CZAR frame for about 6 months, and this was all the footage I got realy :S :

Will continue on the next post:

  8. Sherco bought Scorpa company after they went bankrupt. New Scorpa bikes are supossed to be better, now they come with an orange finish and some other improvement bits:

I had a read of the T-MX review of the new scorpa, they rate it very highly!Sherco engine is realy good and apparently, although still a linkless rear suspension setup it is massively improved!

  9. How about an 08-09 Sherco 250/290, they are realy nice looking and riding bikes, a mate of mine has one now, feels very similar to the new shercos!

Other than that I agree with max that Beta's tend to be a good reliable bike!

  10. Plasmatic used to do a ceramic type coating on DX32 rims (Atleast 6-7 year ago mind!), there was 3 different levels of harshness, the harshest one would make black magura pads work like the best trials pad from what I had heard but they would wear down in a week or so!

You could make a mega harsh grind, but it would not actualy be beneficial to brake power, light to medium grinds provide the best feeling and working brake for most conditions, the only time that a mega harsh grind might be needed would be in wet and muddy conditions. And as has been said already any grind will wear due to the brake pad rubbing the surface of the rim.
