  1. In most lifts, yes. Deadlift is probably the key exception. If it's heavy, drop that shit. Also dumbbell presses, be it chest or shoulder. If you're pushing out a beastly set and you're getting tired, throw them bitches.
  2. They are pretty gash. Will be on ebay soon enough.
  3. I have a set of Schroth 3 point harnesses I don't really want. Like this in white.
  4. Shit is going down tomorrow, Car is going to be on ramps for the next 2/3 days. Also I bought some new wheels.
  5. If anyone fancies out-shedding Jardo... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321710156931?clk_rvr_id=806638658172&rmvSB=true
  6. It's not weight training but it's fun... Does anyone else do box jumps? I hit 1.2m the other week and got a round of applause. Made me feel awesome.
  7. How much do you weigh at the moment, if you don't mind my asking?
  8. I hit 130Kg x3 on squat with good depth, so I'll be going for the 140kg next month. I generally avoid front squats as I struggle to support the weight on my front delt/chest rather than my arms. Just not built for them.
  9. Full 'bro split' for me. This week is... Monday - Shoulders and Arms (generally throw this in when I have time) Wednesday - Legs Friday - Chest and Arms Sunday - Back I use the 5/3/1 weight progression on my 3 main lifts. Bunch of accessory and mobility stuff thrown in for good measure.
  10. Nice! Just gotta find the other 100kg and you're there Your bench seems low? What's your program?
  11. I just went back to the start of this thread and found this. I chortled.
  12. I'm pretty excited about this. Had the coilies for ages now, but have been waiting on the hubs before it all goes on. Will be fitting them Easter weekend.
  13. Managed 167.5kg deadlift for one yesterday. Feeling like 180kg isn't so far away. Seem to have stalled on squats though, 130kg for reps tomorrow, so will see how that goes.
  14. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9zfqqccFjQ Such a monster.
  15. Should have moved it before the pic...
  16. Those blood pressure spikes, my face is red setting up, then my entire body glows at the top of the lift! Cheers. I've never cared for volume on deadlift. I literally do six sets. 3 warm up, 3 working. Switch your program up, go for sets of 5 reps, 6 sets or so. Say... 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg, 100kg, 110kg. If you're repping that much out, I reckon you'll be in 2x bodyweight region in no time! Thanks. I don't do any oly lifts, although I think they are great exercises. I think the risk of injury outweighs the benefit for me personally. I've started stretching for 30 minutes after every workout. I absolutely hate it, but already noticing benefits.
  17. Portrait camera, sorry. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inhTHZZ6Fkw
  18. Deadlift day today, managed 155kg for 4, happy with that. Got a video though, and a little bit sad my form on the last one sucked. Oh well.
  19. If I had to force myself to lift heavy "on the day" like that I would injure myself. I like taking it steady and lifting what I can. It's really a hobby and well being thing rather than something I'd like to go competitive with. Sucks about your delt man. I really hate my shoulders. I've stopped pressing all together now and sticking to lateral flys and rear delt rows.
  20. Give me a date, I can pay now. Coilovers and geo will be done before the next time, so hopefully I can remain top of the leader board.
  21. Loving how close the Clios were Dan. I cannot wait to get my coilovers on now. Loving the pics all!
  22. Wouldn't worry, you styled it out.
