  1. I don't use pre workout, but when I gym first thing on a Sunday morning, I have a big coffee before hand. Also, I hit 150kg squat last night, which is a PB by 15kg. I was amped. Goal tomorrow is 105kg bench, which would put me on 445kg total, so only 19lbs off the 1000lbs total!
  2. I can daily that, right?
  3. Just seen this... I don't unfortunately, as I reversed over mine a few weeks back.
  4. Just got a new job and can't commit to this at the moment. Might try and get to Brands on the last Sunday of November though...
  5. Yeah, could be! Do you have a link?
  6. Yep, this worked well for me. Paints and stuff were from here:- https://www.paints4u.com/
  7. Did as you said, no issues.
  8. Beautiful, will give it a go, thanks.
  9. Did an oil change today, car is running very nicely. Also replaced the ABS sensor which was giving me dash lights, so that's gone for now. Also, think my clutch might be on it's way out. When the front of the car is in the air, engine running but in neutral, the front wheels spin. Could that be a sign that my clutch is out of adjustment or just dying? Also a very strange sound from the gearbox while this was happening, will try and get a video at some point.
  10. Pretty much. There are a few other things to take into consideration, like the panel technology (IPS, etc). Smaller pitch is preferable the closer you are too it. A standard 24" 1920*1080 monitor will have a pitch of less than 0.3mm and looks good up close, a 40" 1920*1080 TV however would have a dot pitch would be about 0.5mm. If you're going to be close to the monitor, say 2 foot, the 24" is going to be sharper. That's why and old school stadium jumbo-tron can just use LEDs for it's image, because you can't see from 100ft that each pixel is 6mm away from the next! I'm not going to tell you to go one way of the other. But, I will say unless you want to step back from it and watch films like you would a normal TV once in a while, I would stick with the LG 34" Ultrawide. It's a lovely monitor, I use one at work.
  11. Main difference between a monitor and a TV will be the pixel pitch (the distance between the center of two pixels), it's going to be much larger on the TV, which makes the cost of the TV panel cheaper to produce.
  12. Impressed by Japan. Not sure SA were ready for them.
  13. Nah, Ktec ones have the gash logo right in the middle. Get one of the Ebay ones.
  14. Well I know it will differ for every car, but I'd have thought most poly bushes for example SuperPro or Powerflex will be dearer than the original parts? My Clio is polybushed all round and it does make the car nice and tight, but with that comes with extra vibration and road noise. If it's not a car you want to be stiff, I'd get costings on all options, in truth.
  15. Poly bushes on what wishbones, roll bars, etc? And why not OEM?
  16. I head Dan put a notice in on the DVLA for the plate C182 BUM
  17. Audi S4? http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/audi/s4/audi-s4-avant-4-2-quattro-5dr/4235880
  18. Sounds like a monster of a gearbox! Love it.
  19. Dann543543252 is literally the only person I've seen on CS with those clips on his car. His however are at least somewhat functional?
  20. So long as the nylon is on the thread it's OK, first pic needs another turn or so. Also, thoughts on the Rainsport 3s? My Pzeros are dead and can't get them any more it seems.
  21. Don't know that Clio, but looks lowered and nice wheels so no doubt a CSer. My ABS sensors are f**ked as well, keep losing the connection, need to get some more. I had to drill the last lot I changed out.
  22. I did my first muscleup this morning. I feel like a freaking beast. Just one, and I can't pretend it was a good muscle up, but I did it. Happy
  23. People who don't know cars, don't know what a VXR/M/AMG/RS/whatever is. People who do know cars, know it's not a VXR/M/AMG/RS/whatever. So why bother?
