What do you mean?

Damn. Forgot I'd added that - removed it now so no one else can stalk me!
It is my house, yes. I sometimes see you at Lidl, but I duck down a different aisle to avoid you.

Dexx Trials Park opening in Yorkshire in July
Dexx Trials Park is a new man-made trials park opening in in Brampton, near Rotherham, in July. Dexx have set up the trials park in consultation with Biketrial Federation UK with the aim of establishing a fun and relaxed environment that will offer a fun day out for all the family, mastering bike control and stunts together and enjoying the outdoors and the park's facilities, as well as relaxed hangout and training ground for older and more experienced riders.
Riding sessions will be supervised and, in addition to the varied and exciting obstacles and riding areas, the park offers full catering and toilet facilities and dry seating for families and spectators. They have plans to run several events over the year, including regional and national competitions and open riding sessions, so there will always be plenty going on at Dexx!

The park opens on Saturday 19th July, with an official opening event taking place a week later on Saturday 26th July. Members will be able to ride for free at this event and entry for non-members will be £10.
It will be a day-long event, running from 10am up until 6pm with the emphasis on family fun and fantastic riding. There will be plenty of activities going on throughout the day, including riding displays from invited pro riders, rider coaching, contests, live music, DJs and a BBQ, and hot and cold food and drinks will also be available on site.
Membership for the park will be priced at £25 for a year, giving preferential rates for half day and full day rides at the park; entry rates will be £6 for half a day and £10 for a full day for members, or £9 for half a day and £13 for a full day for non-members.

Hi guys, unfortunately the lady that runs the food van has had to cancel due to some family difficulties and we haven't been able to find a replacement at such short notice. There will, therefore, be no food available on site and you will need to bring your own supplies with you.
Sorry about that!
See you all tomorrow.

I'm absolutely gutted I can't make it this year
-
A friend of mine had it done and said that her vision is now a lot better than it was without glasses or contacts, but not as good as it was with them, which I thought was interesting.
-
I had a great weekend, despite not getting my bike out of the car once, haha It was great just helping out, watching the riding and catching up with everyone!
Thanks for all the hard work and planning that went into the weekend guys - think you one-upped everything compared to last year, nice job! Fingers crossed for two days of sun next time!
When did you take that picture! Missed it
You know that time when everyone gathered together in a big group? Then.

I was joking man. I'm actually pleased that its went this way. The way Kev Duke told me, I HAD to move up to Elite.
I was quite happy to stay in Expert and be able to get through sections instead of being moved up, struggle and be forced to either 5 or strato dab all the time.
Wash your mouth out!
Yeah, I think that's the way most people looked at it - better to stay/move down and ride at a more suitable level than stay/move up to Elite and find it too difficult all the time. Makes the Elite class more 'elite' I guess. Just need to iron out the strato-dabbing and get people riding properly at all levels now
-
You don't *have to*, no. You can still move up since you won enough rounds with enough people in last year. We just gave people the option to stay or move down this year given the new, more difficult section setting. It's up to you what you do - maybe enter Elite still and then just have a look at the sections on the day and see how you feel.
-
I did consider it ;P
But yeah, what Mark said - the level has been upped in all classes to bring them up to a more standardised level compared with international comps, so a lot of people are now riding a class lower than last year, but at the same level.

Pretty nervous about meeting up with this girl from Tinder that i said in happythread. She was telling me about this art exhibition she's got and was saying I should come and see it and she'll take me. So I said sure I'd like that but she was like "but it's in a week time why don't we do something this week?" So she suggested drinks this week. As in that is SOON. I'm honestly nervous as f**k which isn't like me, think its because I find her so pretty that why is she talking to me. i've only been talking via text for a week or so which isn't a long time.
Plus it's texting, not whatsapp. As I always preach, whatsapp is way better as you can get to know someone WAY more. She seems so nice and is stunning from the pics i've seen .
Told her my height and she texted back so that's orite too hahah. Nervous ranty dan over. Might suggest a phone call tonight to organise which night, that'd be cool and always eases the tension
I'd say the main thing you have to worry about is what she's going to see when she sees the new 'hairstyle' that you've given yourself.

How else are you supposed to differentiate them from the rear forks?

Two more places have become available for Sunday's event. They can be purchased from www.biketrialuk.co.uk/Events.htm
Again, first come, first served!

*Probably* not, but then, it might be a good move. 50/50 odds I'd say.

I'm chatting to this Italian bird and she sent me a message in Italian which was meant for someone else.
"Quanto mi mancate cazzo :("
Now, that translates on Google translate to something different than Bing. Are there any Italians or people who speak fluent Italian which could clear that up for me.
Babelfish translates to the same as Bing, just for your interest... Either way, you're in.
Well 'Cazzo' is dick, so she's just saying she's really missed it…..
Just to be sure….she wasn't asking a question was she? As Italians are vague at the best of times and their language can be interpreted in so many ways, heck they don't even know how to use it properly (ever asked an Italian for a translation….they'll always say "umm, well it could be that you're saying, but then if it's in the context of, ah yes, but it's masculine but ends in an E so…..) my reason is for asking is 'Quanto' can also be used to ask "how long", and as we've learned "Cazzo" means dick….
But the mi mandate:
I miss (one of) you = Mi manchi.
I miss (more than one of) you = Mi mancate.
No chance she's saying she misses the dicks, as in maybe her friends?
I miss = Mi manchi
I'm missing = Mi mancate
Possibly???
Thanks in helping a fella out.
Although Cazzo does mean dick, it's also used in the same way that we use 'fuck' as a general expletive (e.g. che cazzo fai? = what the f**k are you doing?). If she genuinely meant to send that message to someone else, there's a possibility she's just saying "fuck, I miss you guys" (take out the cazzo and run it through Google translate and it just gives "How much I miss you"; just to put another spin on it and potentially save you from going in with your love gun blazing when that's not what she meant.
I'd say play it by ear, rather than assuming she's a cazzo-starved Signorina who's DTF. She might well be, but if she's not, it'll save you looking like a cazzo.

Listening to Bloc Party - Silent Alarm today. I'd give my left bollock for another album as good from them.
Yeah, they went a bit too electronic after that album. It's a shame, but I must admit I like all their stuff - Silent Alarm is definitely the best album though.
Even if they did another song similar to this modern love I'd grin like a Cheshire Cat.
Just dug this CD out having not listened to it for a while either. Thanks for the reminder!

Awwwwww
You suck, Swales.
I'm going to assume that's another mistranslation and that you mean 'thank you'.
Are you going to be engaging us with your presence?
I can't make it unfortunately, I'm busy. When is it?
But seriously, no, I won't be there. It's my best mate's 30th this weekend.

Hate to be 'that guy', but when it says "free session", it doesn't mean free as in costs nothing, it means free as in anyone can come along, it's not an invite-only kind of deal. It's a translation thing - would probably have been better translated as "open session".

Nice one Dave. Thanks for sorting it all out - it looks great!
