Well most companys have done high bb but there going lower now. take the pitbull in 2005 it had a 10-20m bb rise, in 2006 it was 40-60, in 2007 its 15-30. So i think its going to be around 10-40 bb rise from most companys now. Matt Rushton.

Why are you going to drill it. Is it for looks or to save weight. If its for weight well its not going to save a very lot of weight not even enough so you can feel the difference so theres no point doing it for that reason. Matt Rushton

If you want a cheap monty frame buy one brand new fromcleanbikes. I'd say go for the bottom one, if you want cheap because it looks good and its very cheap. There also very nice to ride almost same geometry as 221ti. Matt Rushton

I would of though you would of gone for a shorter 26." As you have been riding a 20" but its your decision. Did you buy it off tarty for one of them deals with free echo parts? Looks good nice little video.

I ride a zona zip which is a long mod, with monty hydra bars which are fairly short compared to most bars, but i think it rides rely nice. Some people agree some people disagree. Matt Rushton

If you have wider bar thats supposed to give you better balance. But shorter bars make it easier and quicker to turn. But if your bars are too wide for you your balance will get worse.

I bought a headset from tarty other week. Its called a elcheapo or something like that, but its a good one. It cost me £12 but thats a semi internal headset. I think the standard 1/8 headsets are £8. Good headsets for the price but if your wanting something better then go for the gu or adament or something like that. I think there £45 but i'm not certain ill have a look on tarty and edit. edit: yes that was right there £45 for adament, zoo, czar and GU ones. But have a look on ebay first, as i've seen alot of good chris king headsets going for about £50. Matt Rushton

You can ride most club trials with singlespeed it's just when you get to nationals. I think they are going to start checking your bike now because of the incident of andrei and ben savage at addigham they may even have done it at rest of british rounds. I think you are supposed to have 5 working gears on a 26" bike. Matt Rushton
