  1. Well, so i`m building up my hs33 today with new hoses, does anyone have tips on how to get the olive sealed? I tried with some tools as well as the two plastic bits wich came with the magura service kit, but the olive just pop out when i`m tightening. And whats the shrink hose for? Been like 3 years since i even had a hs33 in pieces, and the magura service manual dont give me much. Sorry if this has been answered before but i searched and couldnt find anything. Thanks.
  2. I hate grumpy old people. The other day we got this: "Dont ride your bike here! If you fall and break your neck or something, my grandchild will see it, AND I DONT WANT HIM TO SEE THAT SORT OF THINGS"
  3. He`s a wicked trialsrider, as said down to earth and doing the best to push the sport forward. Also doing a lot to get publicity to the sport, i think he`s great.
  4. Wicked, here in sweden we call them turkish, no i`m not a racist, come over here and see, i live in a normal house area, 2 km from here is the ghetto with all the arabs, turkish and so on, if something gets stolen or vandalized, you know where too look, of course there are exceptions, i have many foreign friends wich is great. Of course there are swedish that behaves so as well, but it`s far from the majority. A couple of months ago in gothenburg, in angered where all the immigrants live there was an power out in the middle of the night, they destroyed the lines just so they could go out and smash cars and the police couldnt see them. Pussys.
  5. Well the tensioner is homemade so it really dont adjust that well, ill stick with the smaller pads .
  6. Yeah, thats right, but i got it sorted with the other pads, dont really wanna buy a new bb, cheaper with other pads
  7. I thought of that, but on the other hand, dont it affect the chainline?
  8. As i`m putting my new Gu 26" together, i found that i couldnt use my monty pads. I had to swith to my green magurapads, as the montypads are wider, so that my hs33 keeps touching my crankarms when they spin, the brake goes too far out. A common problem with trialsframes nowadays? Advice? I guess i have to live with it, or just cut the pads, but i rather wouldnt.
  9. I had the same problem, check the o-rings in the lever, they might be leaking, pump and check so it`s not leaking.
  10. Thank you guys! Really helpful. Cheers
  11. UK: Right hand, front Left hand rear. Rest of the world: Right hand, rear Left hand, Front But on the other hand, you british do everything wrong-sided, even driving
  12. Haha.. yeah i know the feeling, too bad it snows here, got a wicked skatepark with a trials course 45 minutes by car from here, you got trialweather in the uk?
  13. Got me pretty scared as i`m building my GU in the garage as we speak
  14. The long ones? youre talking about the 20" version, right?
  15. buy either a video or a photo camera, if youre buying a photocamera, almost always the videoquality sucks.
  16. Thanks everyone, i`ll try some new bearings in my lever, if that dont work ill fit it on my magura body. But it`s not as much stopping power when it`s on the magura body as it is on the rb body, right? If it`s not too much trouble that would be very welcome. thanks .
  17. Yes i know, that was that i was thinking, but on the other hand, if it isnt completely sealed, wouldnt oil leak as well as water?
  18. Anti freeze? Doesnt that do damage?
  19. Well i remember that it was a leak somewhere, i`ll get som new seals, costs me like 1 euro at most, might as well replace it .
  20. Actually, on mine the o-ring on the tpa is slightly wider than the other two o-rings, so i`ll just have to go to a hardwarestore. Thanks again Cheers.
