Cool setup and good riding. Is this a competition setup or a place for you to ride?

The last year I've been using both yellow and brown Croco pads, and they have always been consistently reliable. There are a few combinations, tweaks and techniques that I use to make my brake good as possible. The rim that you use can also have an effort on the brakes hold and noise. I've found that echo 07 rims and all Try-all rims work perfect with the Croco pads. I've found that a very light sharp grind is best for these pads, a thin grinding disk is best for this. It would be a good idea to watch the T.N.N guide to grinding your rim. Also taking the layer of dirt off your pads after a ride will keep the performance. You can do this by using wire wool and soapy water, and then lastly grind a very thin layer of pad of to gain a sticky rough surface. (You’ll see what I mean when you do it.) In answer to your question, I haven't had any problems with the Croco's but I haven't yet tried the red Crocos. Nathan

Thought I would share this car with you, its a saxo 1.6 vtr. I see this car everyday near my house and I know it's had a stupid amount of money spent on it. The thing I don't understand about this guy is that he spent a lot of money buying alloys and body kits and a lot of time fibre glassing and smoothing, then completely changes the style. Although on the other hand, I admire his dedicated and effort that he has put into that car and one day when that car is finished it is going to be a piece of art!

Evening all, I'm just looking for a few opinions on modified cars. I have always been interested in modifying a car, but never really thought what you would do once it is finished. From my experience, all I see is 'boy racers' parked up in maccy'd having a chat. I have spoken to some people that have massively modified their cars and they seem to be fed up and want to get rid of the car.
