My friend has it at school and hes had it for about 4 months and counting now. He said it will just drain all his energy and wont be able to do anything but his love for football won't stop him playing the sport and makes it worse, he needs to rest but won't so he hasnt been able to recover yet. The law is that no one can ride on the pavement, you must always push your bike. No matter how old you are or the size of your bike. its simple lol how much i would like to defend trials, i just cant. JK

When i had a smooth rim, i use heatsink reds and tar. it was beasty. im gonna do it again so that means im changing my bike for new rims JK

I think most bike stores (not just halfords) use shimano BB's for standard bikes. JK
