Danny Kearns
Hey there. I have my rotor on my wheel. Now i really need to get it off. So, the bolts on the wheel are 3mm Allen Bolts. I have gone to take it off and the bolts are already rounded and the bolts are really tight. How on earth can i get them out ?All help will be great.Danny. Thurston
Cut across the bolts and use a screw driver
Fixed Pants™
And use torx next time, i don't see how allen bolts for disc rotors are even legal

T.McMillan
i drilled mine out, drill a tiny hole to start you off, and then get a screw extracter tool, they screw in the opposite way and when they bite they undo the bolt and bring it out, brilliant little tools Edited October 29, 2007 by speedyjustice
manuel
i just drilled the heads off mine - then when the rotor comes off there is just enough sticking out to unscrew by hand... assuming they arent threadlocked...
AdamR28
Centre punch and a hammer (punch a hole off centre then knock the head of the bolt round).

Matthew_Gibson
Normally there T25 if its that thats rounded off tap a T30 into it, I Prefere allen bolts, but its harder to get one with a deep enough head that it doesn't round off!
