What Bike Would You Recommend For A 9 Year Old Beginner?

I expect that bike will be fine. If you are quite short you might want to get a smaller stem. I also think you won't break much on that bike in a hurry if you are only small and are just starting (I don't expect you will be doing 15ft drop gaps to rails yet or anything big :) ). If you want to have abit more of an option of bike have a look at the 20" onzas. They are good for begginers. Hope i have helped and have fun (Y)

get him straight on 20 wheels, theres a lad i know whos nine now whos moving on to a bigger bike. make sure he has a low stem though, because many mods have really high rise stem, which would make the bike longer for your lad.

the monty would be the best option defo.
