Try turning your 12t (13t) cog around, Shorter BB + thiner chain (3/32nd KMC), Washer on the end of the hub to sprag the frame apart.

Just a few ideas.

Hope I've helped.

I will try it but if not, will a onza sealed disc hub sort it. joe what was the hub you had on the one at fort bill and what chain?

Onza Master Hub, KMC 3/32nd chain.

Where would I be able to get one from

The only solution to this!

Run a 12tooth cog. Your bike will ride like shit if it's 13tooth as that is too light. Plus it won't rub anymore. :)

I will probally try my old one and see if it doesnt rub then and if so I will buy a new one

Get some decent pictures up so we can see the true extent of the damage and how its exactly being caused.

Surely that would cause one hell of a noise if its rubbing like that?!

there's only two small scratches, not a groove like I first thought and there's no noise what so ever. Just need to get a new hub.
