I'd say it's a switch or a hoohaa or coust of whatever. A wheel swap is totally different thing imo. But actually the names of trials moves are really messed up and everybody has their own way to call a move in different regions or groups of people.

wheel swap, or front to back. (not an up to front. an up to front is where you wheelie hop straight to front wheel, no preload bounce in between)
