Just grind, it's just better than anything else. I am using tnn LGM pads on the lightest grind you have ever seen (I just scratched my rim with the grinder, you can still see smoother parts that didnt get touched) and my brake is REALLY good, infact it's too loud for me. I put tar on my grind as a last choice as my brake wasnt too good and it is unbelievable. Ryan, new pads as your pads are unknown if we're honest here!
