Echo Tr And Heatsink...

right. just bought a nice new echo tr rim brake and the new heatsink metal backings. fitted them to my bike no problem.

the first problem i have if the pad not returning all the time. the bleed is perfect. but the pads seem to stick to the rim occassionally. i have to touch it with my fingers and it will flick back out to the back of the caliper. this keeps the wheel virtually locked up. so i then decided to move the sticky side out abit. so it virtually pulls into the bar. and there was no problems. but felt horrible. any ideas how to fix this? i have lubed up the piston.

and the other problem, i cant remove the heataink pads. feels like i will be ripping the pin off the piston. any tricks to it?
