CalRobbo341
Rear booster is needed. 2 Bolt TT one in my FS thread You may aswell slick the rear tyre too ahha!
Lewis Gething
Yeah dude, shameless plug F T W I have had that tyre for about a year and a half now! What would be the best way to slick the side tread?
xTrials_Rider
angle grinder would work well, or a stanley knife to remove most of the rubber
dann2707
Very nice. Could you do me a massive favour and measure your wheelbase from axle to axle? Mines coming in at a massive 1010mm long :/ haha
Lewis Gething
Callumm - Finally got round to slicking the rear tyre today Dan - Measured the wheelbase and it comes in at 1020mm! Onza's quote length was 1000mm right?
dann2707
Thanks for doing that mate! Yeahh but thats with a certain type of fork I think as a base idea. I have Urbans that are +30wb where as yours are trialtechs which are +45wb as far as I'm aware. In other words, yours will feel much nicer than mine haha
Lewis Gething
Hey, no problem! Yeah I knew that the fork offset would increase the WB, but I was a little surprised to see it at 20mm more than Onza's base measurement. I was always under the impression that the reach of the frame affected the ride more than the rake of the fork? This leaves me dazed and confused
dann2707
As far as i've been told the wheel base of the frame is measured with a set fork though, with a certain +Wb anyway. If you get me? I too am confused, haha. but if the wheelbase is super short it will feel nasty like mine. Are you coming Radfest? Will have to have a go on each others bikes if you are! Lewis Gething
Okay cool, yeah really want to go Radfest, my last GCSE is June 22nd, so I am fine in that department, only issue is that I live in North Wales, not far from Jamie Williams and so the trip would be a long one Not sure if I am going but we will definitely have to ride each other's bikes if I do go! He started off on an inspired 24 I think, and moved to a mod because inspireds aren't pure trials.

Because I thought he went from Ali c style to Gilles, which is a weird change. It's usually tgs goes to street. But if he just chose the wrong bike to trials on, then I get it. Lewis Gething
Yeah, I found the Inspired wasn't allowing me to ride pure trials quite like I wanted, and trying a mod made everything feel much easier plus its about 4kg lighter! Unless you wanna change my username, you'll have to put up with this username.

Too many things I want I cant afford haha Always liked the comp frames. Feel sweet with the right setup.

Cheers Sam, just yesterday I received a Bionic B5R-5 frame from Mr. Deakin, so the Comp frame will be getting replaced unfortunately Have to say though, the geo of the Onza frame is superb, just an excellent frame for the price. I will get a new thread banging when the Bionic is built, I can guarantee it will look and ride even better than the Onza did, cos I've also ordered a bunch of new stuff from Tarty You were in my suggestions on Facebook, so I have added you. Hope you don't mind! Edited November 22, 2012 by streetrials24

Aye Ive seen, not at all!
Lewis Gething
Yeah, its a 2012 B5R Mk 5. Geo is 1000wb, 350cs and a super high +90bb like you said It weighs in at just a tad over 1.3kg which is about 200g lighter than my Onza. I cant wait to get it built and ride it
