Does A Trials Frame Hold On The Axle And The Bolt Going Into It?

Recommended Posts

The dropout gets pinched between a part of the bolt or a spacer there, and a similar spacer on the other side, an axle spacer. The axle diameter matches the width of the dropout so it can't shift around up or down, the tensioner stops it moving towards the bb and the chain stops it moving away from the bb. That's how it works.
