Does anyone wear insoles for flat feet on the bike

Getting pain behind calf muscle when doing any exercise and cant walk for days after its frustrating the hell out of me, cant train or go out on any bike

My flat thin duff shoes hurt the worst but they feel and grip the best

I've got flat feet too!

I've never really tried innersoles though to be honest. I don't get any pain from riding these days but I find my feet cramp sometimes when I'm playing football. I've got stupidly big calf's which I assume is something to do with me being so flat footed.

Anyway I use Ribo trials shoes and I find they are perfect for me. Loads of grip and no foot pain! I used to get really bad pains in the soles of my feet when I used trainers like Reebok classics. I found the soles were just too flexible and my feet would wrap around the pedals too much and it would hurt after a while.

If you can afford to have a pair of shoes dedicated to riding then I'd say try the Ribos. That's just what works for me though.
