forteh Posted July 9, 2013 Report Share Posted July 9, 2013 (edited) I do and it weighs 9.5kg with a 1300g rear tyre The point I'm making is that an M6 bolt is an M6 bolt, you cannot capitalise on material strength by redesigning it because it is a set size/volume. Something like a frame, you can manipulate tube sizes and thicknesses to give a better result.
