Hi guys iv recently purchesd a koxx silver sky dual disk i was wondering if from second hand the frame wont just shit itself as i got it for a bargain price but i dont wanna have it a few weeks and it snaps has anyone got any ideas? Im a soft rider too i dont smash it up walls ect any advice would be nice people :) :)

Surely asking this prior to purchase would have been a better idea?

The lifespan depends on how the previous rider(s) rode it. It may have had an easy life, it may have had a hard life.

Koxx are known for not being the strongest. If it's covered in dents etc it may not last long, if not it may be okay.

Thanks for the advice guys the left side chainstays a bit batterd but it dosent look like its gunna go threw any time soon so fingers crossed and deakers iv been riding for 2 years my name is onza t pro because thats the name i signed up to the forum to 2 years ago when i first started

I had a koxx hydroxx mod, absolutely battered, dents everywhere, rewelded... I rode it gently, and it lasted a good while

I say that go for it, ride the f*ck out of it. There is no reason to buy a frame just to be gently with it while riding

LOL onzatpro09 atleast I'm not the only one lmao and cheers hippy it's a good bike and I practically ripped the guys arm off then nibbled it really lol I'm taking the baseplate off as I know there frame killers from personal experience (unless your riding an onza or a good solid frame) but I'm a rather dainty rider I do big stuff but I don't bash the bike so like you say hippy it should last a while :)
