Julius Czar
Recently got hold of some Coust pads with Clark's backings, which left plenty to be desired when setting up, excessive play etc. I plan on fitting the material to a pair of old Heatsink CNC backings I have going spare. What glue is/was the go to for these?
isitafox
Just use superglue/Cyanoacrylate whenever I've done them in the past

Just wanted to be sure, didn't want to use wrong glue and melt the pad material or something 😂
isitafox
You might get away with just squeezing them in
craigjames
I always cleaned out the backings thoroughly, rough up the insides of the backings and the pads a little and used a bit of epoxy to glue them in place.
