Richie Posted September 22, 2005 Report Share Posted September 22, 2005 my bt alcatel speedtouch modem every night at 9 it cuts off and where paying for 2mb anytime, i've rang bt and sorry to say i think there pretty useless lol, dont happen to have any ideas of what i can do? I've tried a new asdl filter and i've tried reinstalling the software, but even on my other pc it still cuts off at 9pm every night, any help would be much appreciated. Bt said they would get a tech guy to come out and he would call within 48 hours, its been a week now and still no call, to be quite honest i think its just the lack of service i'll get from the bt call centres lol.
